Claims (3)

  1. 강성핀 또는 강성 슬리브볼 구비하고, 강성핀 주위 또는 가성 슬리브내에는 케이지로부터 돌출하여 핀 또는 슬리브의 베어링면을 고정시키는 강성볼과 맞물리고 핀 또는 슬리이브와 동심축을 이루는 하나 또는 그 이상의 환형 방식구멍을 갖춘 케이지가 배열되어 있고, 상기 핀 또는 슬리브 및 케이지가 서로에 대해 회전가능한, 그들중 적어도 하나가 펌핑홈의 한 방식으로 형성된 공동 베어링면을 갖춘 베어링 부시 및 베어링축을 구비한 홈베어링 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 핀 또는 슬리브의 베어링면은 핀 또는 슬리브의 중심축선과 동심축을 이루는 연속홈의 홈저부로 구성되고, 상기 홈저부는 원호로서 중심축을 내포한 핀 또는 슬리브와 종축 방향 단면으로 연장되고 상기 원호의 반경은 볼의 반경과 거의 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 홈베어링 제조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼은 등압적으로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홈베어링 제조장치.
  3. 강성핀 또는 강성 슬리브블 구비하고, 강성핀 주위 또는 강성 슬리브내에 강성볼을 갖춘 케이지가 놓인 장치로써 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 장치에 의해 홈베어링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 케이지 또는 핀 또는 슬리브가 배타적으로 병진 또는 회전되도록 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홈베어링 제조하는 방법.
