(1):샤프트, (1a):대경부, D:대경부의 외경, (1b):소경부, d:소경부의 외경, (2):원통형상부품, D2:원통형상부품의 내경, (10):금형, (11):고정형, (12):가동형, (20):이동장치.
Claims (2)
- 샤프트의 축방향의 도중위치에 소경부(小徑部)를 형성하며, 그 소경부에 원통형상부품을 회동가능하게, 또한 축방향으로 이동가능하게 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트구조체.
- 대경부(大徑部) 및 소경부를 갖는 샤프트를 원통형상 부품성형용의 금형에 세트하고, 샤프트의 대경부의 외주부에 원통형상부품을 성형한 다음, 그 원통형상부품을 샤프트의 소경부까지 밀어내고, 이어서 원통형상부분을 온도수축시켜, 샤프트의 소경부에 상기 원통형상부품을 회동가능하게, 또한 축방향으로 이동가능하게 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트구조체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
