Claims (5)
- 안쪽둘레에 곡면형상의 미끄러져 움직이는 면을 형성한 세라믹제 외륜과 바깥둘레에 상기 세라믹제 외륜의 안쪽둘레에 형성한 미끄러져 움직이는 면과 꼭맞는 곡면으로 이루어지는 미끄러져 움직이는 면을 형성함과동시에 이 미끄러져 움직이는 면의 축중심과 같은 축중심상에 축을 끼워 맞추기 위한 축구멍을 형성한 세라믹제 내륜을 조합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제 축받이.
- 안쪽둘레에 곡면형상의 미끄러져 움직이는 면을 형성한 세라믹제 외륜과, 바깥둘레에 상기 세라믹제 외륜의 안쪽둘레에 형성한 미끄러져 움직이는 면과 꼭맞는 곡면으로 이루어진 미끄러져 움직이는 면을 형성함과동시에 이 미끄러져 움직이는 면의 축중심과 같은 축중심상에 축을 끼워맞춤하기 위한 축구멍을 형성한 세라믹제 내륜을 가지고, 상기 세라믹제 내륜을 상기 세라믹제 외륜에 수용하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제축받이.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹제 외륜에 미끄려져 움직이는 면으로 윤활유를 공급하기 위한 구멍을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제 축받이.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 세라믹제 외륜의 미끄러져 움직이는 면의 형상이 오목형상곡면 또는 오목형상원추면이고, 세라믹제 내륜의 미끄러져 움직이는 면의 형상이 볼록형상 곡면 또는 볼록형상원추면인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제 축받이.
- 복수로 분할하여 성형한 세라믹제 외륜에 의하여 세라믹제 내륜을 수용함과 동시에, 상기 복수의 세라믹제 외륜을 서로 고정착설하고, 세라믹제 외륜에 형성한 미끄러져 움직이는 면과 내륜에 형성한 미끄러져 움직이는 면과의 간극에 연마제를 주입함과 동시에 상기 세라믹제 외륜과 세라믹제 내륜과를 상대적으로 회전시켜서 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제 축받이의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
