본 고안은 설치 및 보관이 간편하도록 한 자동차용 반 커버에 관한 것이다.
종래의 자동차용 커버에 있어서는 자체의 앞측 또는 후측하부에 시트커버를 두루말이식으로 말릴 수 있도록 하는 장치를 장착하여 필요시마다 인출시켜 커버할수 있도록 하거나 대개는 차체 전체를 커버할 수 있는 형태의 커버를 측면부를 분할하여 작크 등으로 분리 결합할수 있도록 하여서 된 것등, 다양한 종류의 커버들이 안출되 바 있으나 이들은 구조가 복잡하여 제작이 어렵고 고단가 이면서도 사용이 매우 번거롭고 불편하기 때문에, 예를 들어 여름철에 차를 몇시간 정도 주차시키고져 할시는 그냥 주차시켜 두게되어 차내 온도가 고온으로 되는 등, 사용상 여러가지의 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 제결점을 해결하기 위하여 차체의 도어 윈도우이상 상부만을 간편히 커버할수 있는 반커버를 안출한 것으로서 이를 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
차체(1)의 윈도우 상부만을 커버할수 있는 형태로 하여 직포 또는 합성수지 시이트로써 반커버(2)를 형성하되, 자체의 측면 앞측 좌우에 돌출 설치된 백미러(3)를 커버할수 있도록 백미러 포켓(4)을 외향 돌출되게 하여 형성하고 하단 테두리부 수개지점에는 손잡이(6)를 절첩 시킴에 따라 스프링(7) 탄력으로 내부흡착판(8)이 동작되어 착타되는 흡착구(5)를 설치하여 커버후 윈도우에 흡착 고정될수 있도록 구성된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제 1 도 및 제 2 도에서 도시한 바와같이 주차후 차체를 커버할 필요가 있을시는 반커버(2)를 차체(1)의 윈도우 상부가 커버되도록 덮어씌운 다음 하단 테두리부 수개지점에 제 3a 도에서 도시한 바와 같이 손잡이가 접혀져 있는 상태로 설치된 흡착구(5)의 손잡이(6)를 b도의 상태로 일으켜 세우게 되면 내부 흡착판(8)이 스프링(7) 반력으로 윈도우면에 흡착되어 간단히 반커버를 고정 설치할수 있게 된다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 구성이 간단하여 제작이 쉽고 생산단가가 저가로 되는 잇점이 있으며 설치가 간편하여 예를 들어 뜨거운 여름철에 몇시간 정도 주차시킬 필요가 있을때 간편히 차체를 커버되게 설치하므로써 차양막 역할을 할수있게 되며 필요시마다 간편하고 편리하게 사용할수 있게되는 효과가 있다.
제 4 도는 본 고안의 반커버를 훅크로써 고정할수 있도록 한 다른 실시 예시도이다.
상기 반커버(2)의 하단 테두리부 수지점에 훅크(9)가 끝단에 설치된 신축밴드(10)를 부착연결하여 차체의 하단에 걸어 고정할수 있도록 한 것으로 인장력이 작용되므로 보다 견고하게 설치할수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 차체의 윈도우 상부를 커버할 수 있는 형상으로 하여 시이트재로 형성된 반커버에 흡착판을 부착하여 흡착판으로 반커버를 윈도우에 접착 및 분리할수 있도록 된것에 있어서 상기 흡착판(8)은 반커버(2)에 고정한케이스 내부에 스프링(7)과 함께 조립하고 흡착판(8)의 한쪽에는 흡착판(8)을 동작시킬수 있도록 손잡이(6)를 연결하여 손잡이(6)의 절첩작동에 따라 흡착판(8)이 작동되어 커버를 윈도우에 접착하고 또 분리할수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 반커버.
