명판(NAMEPLATE)용 문자 및 도형 제조방법

Claims (2)

  1. 문자나 도형을 도안하여 촬영한 필림을 마스크로하여 포트레지스터가 도포된 동판에 현상시킴과 동시에 증류수 1ℓ당 설파민산 니켈 300g 내지 600g, 염화니켈 5g 내지 30g, 붕산 30g 내지 40g, 광택제 8cc 내지 15cc를 넣어 용액을 만든다음에 설파민산을 적당량 첨가하여 PH4±0.5되게 조정하여 전기분해 용액을 조성하고 이 전기분해 용액을 소정의 통에 넣어 상기 현상된 동판 및 니켈판을 일정간격으로 상기 용액내에 고정시킨후 상기 전기 분해 용액의 온도가 50±5℃가 되게 유지하면서 적정전류가 흐르도록 상기 동판에는 부(-)전압 니켈판에는 정(+)전압을 소정시간동안 인가하여 니켈이온이 상기 동판의 문자 및 도형패턴에 따라 소정두께로 석출되게 하여 문자 및 도형을 동판상에 형성시키며 이어서 이를 보호테이프에 붙여 떼어낸후 일측에 접착제를 도포하여 스티커 형식으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 명판용 문자 도형의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 상기 설파민산 니켈의 량은 증류수 1ℓ 450g 내지 550g임을 특징으로하는 명판용 문자 도형 제조방법.
