제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명에 따라 형성되는 커플링된 상태, 즉 핀이 삽입된 상태의 파이프 커플링을 보인 도면으로, 제1도는 제2도에서 화살표(Ⅰ)방향으로 본 도면이고,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면도,
제3도는 제1도와 유사하지만 수컷단부편이 제거된 커플링을 보인 것으로 핀이 빠져나온 상태를 보인 도면.
Claims (4)
- 제1파이프의 일단에 영구히 밀봉상태로 고정되는 수컷 단부편(24)과, 제2파이프의 일단에 영구히 밀봉상태로 고정되는 암컷단부편(1)과, 두 단부편상에 각각 제공되고 환형공동을 한정하는 두개의 회전표면과, 두 표면에 동시에 인가되도록 상기 공동내에 자리잡는 환형밀봉부재(3)와, 암컷단부편내에 횡으로 형성되는 두개의 평행직 선슬라이드(9)와, 수컷단부편상에 제공되며 이 단부편의 자유단에서 가장 멀리 떨어진 슬라이드의 횡단면내에 편평환형표면을 갖는 칼라(5)와, 두개의 아암(8)이 두 슬라이드와 공동작용하는 핀(6)으로 구성되며, 이들 아암은 칼라가 축방향으로 통과하도록 상호 일정간격 떨어져 배치되는 두 단부부분(82)과 상호 너무 근접되어 있어서 칼라가 통과되지 못하고 이 칼라에 대해 축방향으로 인접하지만 두 단부편의 상호 축방향 분리를 막고 수컷단부편의 관련부분을 둘러싸는 두 바닥부분(81)으로 각각 구성되며, 핀의 아암의 단부는 핀이 공칭이동한계에 도달했을 때 암컷단부편의 베어링(14)에 인접한 후크(12)내에서 정지하고 상기 베어링의 위치는 이들 베어링에 대한 후크의 인접함이 핀의 아암에 의해 칼라의 완전 축방향 해제에 대응하도록 결정되는 파이프 커플링에 있어서, 환형밀봉부재의 하우징을 한정하는 회전표면이 암컷단부편 형태를 취하고 이 단부편의 출구와 수컷단부편의 편평단부링(20)을 향해 축방향으로 개방되는 컵(2)으로 각각 이루어지며, 칼라(5)상에 축방향으로 지지되는 핀의 각각의 바닥부분(81)의 면의 끼워맞춤시 핀의 미끄럼 운동으로 인해 핀이 칼라에 대해 축방향으로 그리고 점진적으로 인접하고 컵의 바닥에 대해 밀봉부재가 축방향으로 그리고 점진적으로 압착되도록 배열되는 램프(R)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환형밀봉부재(3)가 그 축을 향해 방사상으로 개방되는 윤곽을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 파이프 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀(6)과 슬라이드(9)의 축방향 접촉면은 핀이 횡으로 구동되어 적소에 놓일 때 밀봉부재의 축방향으로 가장 많이 압착되는 조건에 대응하고 톱니바퀴 방식으로 공동작용하는 보충중공부(16) 및 릴리프(17)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 파이프 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀(6)이, 횡으로 분리된 위치에 있을 때, 이 위치로부터의 핀의 우연한 회전운동을 막는 암컷단부편의 표면에 인접하는 보스(19)를 적어도 하나 구비함을 특징으로 하는 파이프 커플링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
