Claims (7)
- 양이온 교환막에 의해 양극실과 음극실로 분리된 전해조에 있어서, 알칼리금속염화물을 전해할때에 전해조의 염소가스가 체류하기 쉬운 부분에 상당하는 양이온 교환막의 음극면측 표면에 알칼리금속 수산화물의 확산이 양이온 교환막의 음극면측 표면의 그것보다 큰층을 피복해서된 알칼리금속염화물 전해용 양이온 교환막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 교환막에 의해 양극실과 음극실로 분리된 전해조에서, 알칼리금속 염화물을 전해할때에 전해조의 염소가스가 체류하기 쉬운 부분에 상당하는 양이온 교환막의 양극면측 표면에 무기물입자를 피복해서된 알칼리금속 염화물 전해용 양이온 교환막.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 양이온 교환막이 슬폰산기, 및/또는 카르본산기를 갖는 함불소중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리금속염화물 전해용 양이온 교환막.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수산화물이 확산이 큰층이 술폰산기, 카르본산기 또는 이들의 양쪽을 갖는 함불소중합체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리금속 염화물 전해용 양이온 교환막.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수산화물의 확산이 큰층이 술폰산기, 카르본산기 또는 이들의 양쪽을 갖는 함불소 중합체와 무기물입자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리금속 염화물 전해용 양이온 교환막.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 전해조의 염소가스가 체류하기 쉬운 부분에 상당하는 양이온 교환막의 표면부분이, 필터 프레스형 전해조의 가스켓에 끼워져 있으며, 전해조틀에 의해서 프레스되어있지 않은 부분 및 가스켓에서 통전부측으로 적어도 폭 10mm 이내의 부분인것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리금속 염화물 전해용 양이온 교화막.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 따른 막을 사용하는 알칼리금속 염화물 전해방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
