Claims (5)

1:0.8 내지 1:1.2의 몰비의 N-아세틸-시스테인과 트리히드록시메틸-아미노메탄 및 약리학적으로 유용한 그의 첨가물을 포함하는 경구투여 가능한 약리학적 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, N-아세틸-시스테인과 트리히드록시메틸-아미노메탄의 몰비가 1:1임을 특징으로 하는 약리학적 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물의 형태가 정제, 캡슐, 당피복된 정제, 거품이 있는 정제, 용액, 현탄액, 과립 또는 수용성 과립임을 특징으로 하는 약리학적 조성물.
N-아세틸-시스테인과 트리히드록시메틸-아미노메탄을 1:0.8 내지 1:1.2의 몰비로 포함하는 약리학적 조성물을 경구적으로 투여하는 것으로 이루어지는, 포유동물에서 미변성 N-아세틸-시스테인의 혈중농도를 향상시키는 방법.
제4항에 있어서, N-아세틸-시스테인과 트리히드록시메틸-아미노메탄의 몰비가 1:1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
