제3도는 비금에 경구 투여 후 본 발명의 각종 조성물로부터 방출되는 본 발명의 화합물의 혈장농도(ng/ml)의 경시적 변화를 나타내는 곡선을 표시한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 조성물이 메틸3-페닐-2(E)-프로페닐 1,4-디히드로-2,6-디메틸-4-(3-니트로페닐) 피리딘-3,5-디카르복실레이트 및 pH-의존성 메타크릴산 및 그의 유도체 공중합체를 함유하는 무정형체임을 특징으로 하는 고 흡수성 약제 조성물,
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH-의존성 메타크릴산 및 그의 유도체 공중합체가 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산의 공중합체의 트리메틸암모늄염; 메타크릴산 및 메틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체; 메타크릴산 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체; 및 부틸 메타크릴레이트, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 고 흡수성 약제 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 pH-의존성 메타크릴산 및 그의 유도체 공중합체가 에우드라기트L, 에우드라기트S, 에우드라기트E, 에우드라기트L100, 에우드라기S100 및 에우드라기트E100으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 고 흡수성 약제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, pH-의존형 메타크릴산 및 그외 유도체 공중합체에 대한 메틸3-페닐-2(E)-프로페닐 1,4-디히드로-2,6-디메틸-4-(3-니트로페닐) 피리딘-3,5-디카르복실레이트 양의 비가 후자 100중량부에 대해 전자 10-2,000중량부인 고 흡수성 약제 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, pH-의존형 메타크릴산 및 그외 유도체 공중합체에 대한 메틸3-페닐-2(E)-프로페닐 1,4-디히드로-2,6-디메틸-4-(3-니트로페닐) 피리딘-3,5-디카르복실레이트 양의 비가 후자 100중량부에 대해 전자 30-1,000중량부인 고 흡수성 약제 조성물.
