Claims (4)

  1. 루우프형상으로 연속하여 종이원료가 그위에 연속적으로 공급되고 이 종이원료는 아래쪽으로 탈수하면서 반송하는 아래쪽 와이어와, 이 아래쪽 와이어의 도중에 상대해서 설치된 위쪽 와이어와, 형성된 습지를 상기 위쪽 및 아래쪽 와이어에 의해서 끼워넣는 드로오트부를 형성시키도록 배치된 도입 로울과, 상기 드로오트부에서 시작하여 상기 위쪽 와이어, 아래쪽 와이어 및 습지를 두루감아서 주행시키면서 탈수하는 아래쪽 와이어의 루우프내에 배치되어 위쪽으로 볼록하게 만곡해서 배열된 복수개의 슈우 블레이드를 가진 슈우 박스와, 상기 슈우 블레이드에 의해 위쪽으로 탈수된 물을 긁어내는 오오토 슬라이스를 구비한 초지기의 습지형성 장치에 있어서, 상기 슈우 박스의 후류쪽에 배치되어 상기 양 와이어와 습지가 상기 슈우 블레이드의 곡률과 동일방향의 곡률에 의해서 두루감겨 있는 탈수로울과, 동 탈수로울에 의해 위쪽으로 탈수된 물을 회수하는 세이브오올과, 상기 세이브오올의 후류쪽에서 위쪽 와이어의 루우프내에 배치된 슬롯을 가진 진공탈수 장치와, 양 와이어와 습지가 상기 탈수로울과는 반대 방향의 곡률에 의해서 두루감겨 있는 중앙로울과, 상기 습지를 아래쪽 와이어로 이행시키는 진공탈수 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 초지기의 습지형성 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중앙로울에 의해서 전향된 위아래쪽 와이어와 습지는 거의 수평방향으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초지기의 습지형성 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중앙로울에 의해서 전향된 위아래쪽 와이어와 습지는, 위쪽으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로하는 초지기의 습지형성 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 습지를 아래쪽 와이어로 이행시키는 진공탈수 장치는 석션카우치로 로울인 것을 특징으로 하는 초지기의 습지형성 장치.
