Claims (20)

  1. 처리조제(processing aid)dir 0.01~6 wt%(a)와 저중향-평균분자량(low weight-average molecular weight)의 비닐리덴클로리드폴리머(b)로 구성되고 상기비닐리덴크로리드코폴리머의 주요부분이 비닐리덴 클로리드임을 특징으로 하는 압출할 수 있는 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제는 에폭시관능성(epoxy functimailty)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 코폴리 머조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제는 에피클로로히드린/비스페놀 A 에폭시수지, 에폭시화아민인유, 에폭시화 콩기름, 에폭시화 옥틸 탈레이트, 에폭시화 글리콜디올리에이트, 에폴시화아민유지방산의 부틸에스테르, 산화 폴리에틸렌, 산화방지제, 2-에틸렌헥실디페닐포스페이트, 테트라소듐피로포스페이트, 염소화폴리에틸렌 또는 그 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 코폴리머조성물.
  4. 제1에항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제의 분자량은 약 700또는 그 이하임을 특징으로 하는 상기 코폴리머조성물.

  6. 다층의 압출폴리머필름(multilayer, extruede, polymer film)에 있어서, 및 제1 제2 폴리머필름충(first and second polymet film layer) (a)와; (1)처리조제 약 0.01wt%와 (2)저중량-평균분자량이 비닐클로리드 코폴리머를 구성하며, 상기 비닐크롤리드코폴리머의 주요성분이 비닐리덴클로리드인 배리어층(barrier layer)으로 상기 제1 및 제2층사이에 설정된 배리어층(b)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제는 에폭시관능성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제는 에피클로로히드린/비스페놀 A 에폭시수지, 에폭시화아마인유, 에폭시화콩기름, 에폭시화옥틸탈레이트, 에폭시화글리콜 디올리에이트, 에폭시화아마인유지방산의 부틸에스테르, 테트라소듐 포스페이트, 산화폴리에틸렌, 산화방지제, 2-에틸헥실 디페닐포스페이트, 염소화폴리에틸렌 또는 그 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다충압출폴리머피름은 약 0.5MR~약 6MR의 선량으로 전자빔에 의해 조사시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2충은 폴리올레핀으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀재질은 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트코포리머, 고밀도폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선상저밀도폴리에틸렌, 선상 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌/부틸 아크릴레이트 코폴리머,에틸렌/프로필렌 코폴리머, 고밀도폴리에티렌 또는 그 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 상이비닐리덴클로리드의 중량-평균부자량은 약 100,000 또는 그 이하임을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머피름.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제의 분자량은 약 700 또는 그 이하임을 특징으로 하는 상기 압출폴리머필름.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴크로리드코폴리머층은 두께 약 0.29밀 이하임을 특징으로 하는 상기압출폴리머필름.
  15. 열블라운버블(heat blown bubble)로 관상압출을 할때 비닐리덴클로리드 코폴리머으 열안정성을 향상시키는 방법에 있어서, 약 0.01 wt%~6 wt%의 처리조제(a)와 저중량-평균분자량의 비닐리덴클로리드코포릴머를 구성하며, 상기 코폴리머의 주요부분은 비닐리덴 클로리드(b)인 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머의 블랜드(blend)층으로 필름을 압출시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 처리조제에는 에폭시관능성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머는 저중량-평균부자량 약 100,000 또는 그 이하를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  18. 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머의 주요부분이 비닐리덴크로리드이고, 상기 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머에는 처리조제가 포함되어 있는 비닐리덴크롤리드코폴리머의 연질폴리머필름에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머는 중량-평균부자량 약 100.000 또는 그 이하를 구성하여 향상시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 필름.
  19. 열블라운버블(heat blown bubble)로 관상압출시켜 2축연신을 시킬 때 비닐리덴클로리머의 열안정성을 향상시키는 방법에 있어서, 처리조제 약 0.01 wt%~6wt%(a)와; 저중량-평균분자량 약 100.000도는 그 이하인 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머로서 상기 코폴리머의 주요한 부분인 비닐리덴클로이드(b)와; 비닐리덴네클로리드코폴리머블렌드층의 후연신두께 약 0.29 및 이하(c)를 구성하는 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머블렌드층으로 필름을 압출시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  20. 용융지수 약 1.2 데시그람/분 이상을 가진 에티렌비닐아세테이트코폴리머의 제1층과, 용융지수 약 1.2 데시그람/분 이상의 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 코폴리머의 제2층을 구성하고, 이들 층 사이에 비닐리덴클로리드 코폴리머의 코어층을 설정시킨 다층 2축연신열수축성필름에 있어서, 상기비닐리덴크로르코포리머층은 상기 제1 및 제2에틸렌비닐 아세테이트코폴리머층 각각과 직접 표면과 표면이 접촉한 상태로 각 표면상에 있으며, 그 비닐리덴크로리드코폴리머의 주요부분이 비닐리덴클로리드이고, 상기 비닐리덴코폴리머층에는 약 700 이하의 분자량을 가진 처리조제를 포함하며, 상기 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머는 약 100,000 이하의 중량-평균분자량으로 되어 있고, 상기 비닐리덴클로리드코폴리머층은 두께가 약 0.29 및 이하임을 특징으로 하는 상기 필름.
