Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염.상기식에서, R1은 당잔기 Roa 또는 당 Roa-Rod-Rod의 배합물이고, R2은 당 잔기 Roa 이다.
- 유럽특허원 제 0,131,181호에 따라, 미생물 균주 Y-11,472(DSM 2658)를 배양하고 균사체 및 배양 여액을 유기 용매를 사용하여 추출함으로써 수득된 사이토로딘 조혼합물을 a) pH 3.0 내지 4.0의 수성 완충용액중에 용해시켜, 생성된 용액을 단계적으로 증가하는 pH치에서 유기 용매를 추출하고, 농축된 추출물로부터 크로마토그래피 정제에 의해 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물(R1은 Roa-Rod-Rod 이고 R2은 Roa이다)을 분리하며, b) 임의적으로, 생성된 화합물을 무기산을 사용하여 R1및 R2가 각각 Roa인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 가수분해 시킴을 특징으로하여, 제1항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 a)중에서 수성 완충 용액을 pH6.0.7.0 및 8.0에서 에틸 아세테이트로 단계적으로 추출하는 방법.
- 제1항의 화합물을 함유하는 약제.
- 세포성장억제 효과를 갖는 약제 제조를 위한 제1항의 화합물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
