Claims (8)

  1. 일반식(I)의 아실화 α-아미노산 에스테르 유도체를 하나 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 라디칼을 나타내고, R2및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며, 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 라디칼을 나타내고, R3및 R4는 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께는 임의로 치환된 모노사이클환을 형성한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 R1이 수소, (C1내지 C10)-알킬, (C2내지 C10)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C10)-알키닐을 나타내고, R2및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며, (C1내지 C10)-알킬, (C2내지 C10)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C10)-알키닐을 나타내고,R3및 R4는 수소 (C1내지 C10)-알킬, 또는 아릴 또는 아르알킬[이들 각각은 아릴 잔기에서 1 내지 3개의 동일하거나 상이한 치환체들에 의해 임으로 치환되며, 각기 아릴 잔기에 6 내지 10개의 탄소원자, 경우에 따라 알킬 잔기에서 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지며, 각 경우에 적합한 아릴 치환체는 할로겐, 각 경우에 직쇄 또는 측쇄 (C1내지 C10)-알킬, (C1내지 C10)-할로게노알킬, (C1내지 C10)-할로게노알콕시 및 (C1내지 C10)-할로게노알킬 티오이다]을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께는 탄소수 3 내지 7의 사이클로알킬을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 R1이 수소, (C1내지 C5)-알킬, (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알키닐을 나타내고, R2는 (C1내지 C5)-알킬, (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알키닐을 나타내고, R3및 R4는 수소 (C1내지 C5)-알킬, 또는 페닐 또는 페닐알킬[이들의 경우에 따라 알킬 잔기에 1 또는 2개의 탄소 원자를 갖고, 각기 1 내지 3개의 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환되며, 각 경우에 적합한 페닐치환체는 불소, 염소, 브롬, (C1내지 C2)-알킬, (C1내지 C2)-할로게노알킬, (C1내지 C2)-할로게노알콕시 또는 (C1내지 C4)-할로게노알킬 티오이다]을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께는 탄소수 3 내지 6의 사이클로알킬을 나타내며, R5는 (C1내지 C10)-알킬, (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알키닐을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 R1이 수소, (C1내지 C5)-알킬, (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알키닐을 나타내고,R2는 (C1내지 C5)-알킬, (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알키닐을 나타내고, R3및 R4는 수소 또는 (C1내지 C5)-알킬, 또는 페닐 벤질 또는 펜에틸[이들은 페닐 잔기에서 1 내지 3개의 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환되며, 각 경우에 적합한 치환체는 불소, 브롬, 메틸, 에틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 또는 트리플루오로메틸티오이다)을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 원자나 함께는 사이클로프로필, 사이클로펜틸 또는 사이클로헥실을 나타내며, R5는 (C1내지 C10)-알킬, (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알키닐을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 R1이 수소, (C1내지 C5)-알킬 또는 (C2내지 C5)-알케닐 나타내고, R2(C1내지 C5)-알킬 또는 (C2내지 C5) 알케닐을 나타내고, R3및 R4가 수소 (C1내지 C5)-알킬을 나타내거나 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께는 사이클로필을 나타내며, R5는 (C1내지 C10)-알킬 또는 (C1내지 C5)-알킬 또는 (C2내지 C5) 알케닐을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.
  6. 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 아실화 α-아미노산 에스테르 유도체를 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 곤충 및 진드기를 기피시키는 방법.
  7. 곤충 및 진드기를 기피시키기 위한, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 아실화 α-아미노산 에스테르 유도체의 용도.
  8. 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 아실화 α-아미노산 에스테르 유도체 중량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 곤충 및 진드기를 기피시키는 방법.
