Claims (11)

  1. 활성 성분으로서 코리올루스속에 속하는 단자균의 배양액으로부터 수득한 균사체 또는 자실체를 추출하여 제조하고 약18내지 약38중량%의 단백질을 포함하며 분자량이 5,000미만인 단백질-다당류가 없는 단백질-다당류를 포함하는 맥관 형성 저해제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질-다당류가, 다당류 부분이 주로 β-D-글루칸으로 구성되어 있고 이 글루칸 부위가 1-3, 1-4 및 1-6결합을 포함하는 측쇄 구조를 가지며, 단백질-구성요소 아미노산이 대부분 아스파르긴산, 글루탐산과 같은 산성 아미노산, 및 발린, 류신과 같은 중성 아미노산인 반면 리신, 아르기닌과 같은 염기성 아미노산의 함량이 극히 작고, 단백질-다당류가 물에는 가용성이지만 메탄올, 피리딘, 클로로포름, 벤젠, 핵산에는 거의 녹지 않고 약 120℃에서 서서히 분해되기 시작하는, 3 내지 6% 질소 함량의 단백질을 포함하는 다당류인 매관 형성 저해제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출이 물 또는 알카리성 수용액으로 행해지는 맥관 형성 저해제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출이 먼저 물로 행해진 다음 알칼리성 수용액으로 다시 행해지는 맥관 형성 저해제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출에 의한 추출물이 역삼투, 겔여과, 투석, 한외여과, 염석 및 이들 방법의 조합으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 정제되는 맥관 형성 저해제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 정제 방법이 염석을 포함하는 맥관 형성 저해제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 염석이 황산 암모늄으로 행해지는 맥관 형성 저해제.
  8. 혈관의 비정상적인 증식을 나타내는 환자를 치료하는 제1항의 맥관 형성 저해제의 용도.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비정상적인 증식이 당뇨성 망막증에 의해 유도되는 용도.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비정상적인 증식이 조발 망막증에 의해 유도되는 용도.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비정상적인 증식이 암에 의해 유도되는 용도.
