제2도는 HIV가 임파구상에 흡착하는 것에 대한 KRESTIN??의 억제활성을 나타냄.

Claims (3)

  1. 코리올루스속에 속하는 배양 담자균류의 군사체 또는 자실체의 온수 또는 알칼리성 용액 추출물로부터 수득된 단백질-다당류를 활성성분으로 함유하며, 이때 단백질-다당류가 약 18 내지 38중량%의 단백질을 함유하고 또 5,000 이상의 분자량(초원심분리 분석에 의해 측정됨)을 갖는 항레트로바이러스 약제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단백질-다당류는 3 내지 6% 질소 함량을 갖는 단백질을 함유하는 다당류이고, 또 주 분획의 다당류 부분이 β-D-글루칸으로 구성되며 이 글루칸 부분이 1→3, 1→4 및 1→6 결합을 함유하는 측쇄 구조를 갖는 특징을 가지며, 이때 단백질 성분 아미노산은 주로 아스파라긴산 및 글루탐산의 산성 아미노산 및 발린과 로이신의 중성 아미노산인 반면 리신과 이르기닌의 염기성 아미노산은 함량이 적고, 다당류는 물에는 녹지만 메탄올, 피리딘, 클로로포름, 벤젠 및 헥산에는 거의 녹지 않으며 또 다당류는 약 120℃에서 점차 분해되는 KRESTINR인 항래트로바이러스 약제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 레트로바이러스가 사람의 면역결핌 바이러스(HIV)인 항레트로바이라스 약제.
