Claims (9)

  1. 회전디스크상에 다수의 트랙을 갖추고서 적어도 하나의 독출/기록헤드에 의해 억세스되는 디스크저장시스템에 있어서, 상기 헤드가 개시트랙으로부터 종료트랙으로 이동하게 되는 탐색동작을 실행하는 방법이, 탐색기간중에 제1샘플속도로 다수의 샘플기간동안 트랙의 중심위치에 대한 헤드의 소정위치를 포함하는 탐색파라미터를 결정하는 단계와, 상기 종료트랙의 방향으로 상기 헤드를 가속시키기 위한 가속신호를 공급하는 단계, 사용자가 정한 다수의 각 샘플시간마다 트랙의 중심에 대한 헤드의 실제적인 위치를 결정하는 단계, 상기 헤드의 소정위치와 상기 실제적인 위치를 비교하는 단계, 상기 실제적인 위치와 상기 소정위치간의 차이를 나타내는 제1제어신호를 발생시키는 단계, 상기 제1제어신호에 응답하여 상기 가속을 변화시키기 위해 상기 제어신호와 가속신호를 결합함으로써 상기 헤드의 실제적인 위치와 상기 탐색파라미터가 합치되게 하는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탐색방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용자가 정한 첫번째 시간에서 헤드의 가속을 줄임으로써 헤드가 일정속도로 이동하게 하는 단계와, 사용자가 정한 두번짹의 샘플속도로 트랙의 중심에 대한 헤드의 위치를 주기적으로 결정하는 단계, 제1제어신호를 발생시키기 위해 소망하는 헤드의 위치와 실제적인 위치를 비교하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탐색방법.
  3. 제1항에 잇어서, 사용자가 정한 두번째의 시간에서 상기 헤드를 감속시키는 단계와, 첫번재 심플속도록 트랙의 중심에 대한 헤드의 위치를 결정하는 단계, 제1제어신호를 발생시키기 위해 소망하는 헤드의 위치와 실제적인 헤드의 위치를 비교하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탐색방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째의 샘플속도가 두번째의 샘플속도보다 빠른 것을 특징으로 하는 탐색방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1제어신호가 트랙추종회로를 이용하여 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탐색방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드가 광디스크 드라이브 시스템의 렌즈 어셈블리을 구비하여 구성되어 베이스 캐리지 어셈블리상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로하는 탐색방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 캐리지에 관한 렌즈 어셈블리의 노미날 중심위치를 정의하는 단계와, 상기 렌즈 어셈블리가 상기 베이스 캐리지에 대해 노미날 중심위치에 있도록 베이스 캐리지를 가속시키는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탐색방법.
  8. 회전디스크상에 다수의 트랙을 구비하고서 베이스 캐리지상에 설치된 렌즈 어셈블리를 갖춘 적어도 하나의 독출/기록헤드에 의해 억세스되는 광디스크저장시스템에 있어서, 헤드가 개시트랙으로부터 종료트랙으로 이동하게끔 탐색동작기간중에 상기 렌즈 어셈블리를 제어하는 회로가, 상기 종료트랙의 방향으로 상기 렌즈어셈블리를 가속시키기 위한 가속신호를 발생시키는 마이크로프로세싱수단과, 탐색기간중 트랙의 중심위치에 대한 헤드의 위치와 트랙의 중심위치에 대한 헤드의 소망하는 위치를 나타내는 제1신호를 결합하는 제1결합수단, 소망하는 헤드위치와 실제의 헤드위치간의 차이를 나타내는 제1출력신호를 제공하는 제1비교수단, 사용자가 정한 다수의 샘플속도중 한 속도로 상기 차이신호를 샘플링하기 위해 상기 제1결합수단과 상기 프로세싱수단에 결합되어 제2출력신호를 출력하는 샘플링수단, 상기 렌즈 어셈블리를 상기 종료트랙의 방향으로 이동시키기 위해 상기 제2출력신호와 렌즈 어셈블리에 결합된 제1모터수단, 베이스 캐리지에 관한 실제의 렌즈위치와 노미날 렌즈위치간의 차이를 나타내는 제2입력신호와 상기 제1모터수단에 결합되어 제4출력신호를 출력하는 제2결합수단, 상기 제4출력신호와 상기 가속신호에 결합되어 제5출력신호를 출력하는 제3결합수단, 상기 제5출력신호에 응답하여 상기 베이스 캐리지를 이동시키기 위해 상기 제5출력신호와 상기 베이스 캐리지에 결합된 제2모터수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 어셈블리 제어회로.
