Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 4-치환된 안크라사이클리논.
    상기식에서, R은 수소원자이거나 탄소수 10이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닌 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소원자이거나 탄소수 4이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 그룹인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 4-데메록시-4-메톡시카보닐-다우노마이시논 또는 4-데메톡시 -4-(부트-3'-엔-1'-옥시)카보닐-다우노마이시논인 화합물.
  4. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 4-데메틸-4-설포닐-l3-디옥솔라닐 다우노마이시논을 친핵성 R-0H(여기에서, R은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다). 유기 또는 무기 염기 및 촉매로서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물의 존재하에 일산화 탄소로 카보닐화시켜 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 수득한 다음, 산 가수분해시켜 10-옥소 보호그룹을 제거함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 4-치환된 안트라사이클리논을 제거하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R'는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자들에 의해 임의로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬 그룹 또는 할로겐, 알킬, 알콕시 또는 니트로에 의해 임의로 치환된 아릴 그룹이고, M은 전이 금속 원자이며, L 및 L'는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 음이온 또는 중성 분자이며, n 및 m은 O 내지 4로 변할 수 있고, R은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 디옥산 또는 디메틸포름아미드중에서 용해시킨 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 4-데메틸-4-설포닐-13-디옥솔라닐 다우노마이시논을 친핵성 R-0H(여기에서, R이 제4항에서 정의한 바와 같다), 유기 또는 무기 염기 및 M이 팔라듐 또는 닉켈이고, L 및 L'가 각각 독립적으로 CL-. CH3COO-, 용매분자, 모노- 또는 디-포스핀, 포스파이트 또는 디아민이며, m+n이 1, 2, 3 또는 4인 일반식(Ⅲ)의 촉매의 존재하에 O 내지 150℃에서 반응시켜 일반식(V)의 화합물을 수득하고, 이를 O℃에서 15분동안 트리플루오로아세트산으로 처리하여 일반식(I)의 4-치환된 안드라사이클리논을 수득하고 이어서 용출제 시스템으로 클로로포름-아세톤(95 : 5 v/v)을 사용하여 실리카겔 컬럼 상에서 크로마토그라피시켜 정제하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 카보닐화에 사용한 일산화 탄소의 압력이 101 내지 101×l02kpa(1 내지 100atm)인 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 카보닐화에 사용된 염기가 트리알킬아민 또는 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속 카보데이트 또는 수산화물이고, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 출발물질에 관하여 사용된 촉매의 몰비가 1 : 1 내지 1 : 10,000인 방법.
    상기식에서,R은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R1은 수소 원자 또는 하이드록시 그룹이다.
  8. 일반식(9)의 안트라 사이클린글리코시드 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
  9. (i)제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 4-치환된 안트라사이클리논을 일반식(X)의 할로슈가와 반응시킨 다음, 보호그룹이 존재할 경우 수득한 생성물로부터 각 보호 그룹을 제거하여 R1이 수소원자인 일반식(Ⅸ)의 안트라사이클린 달리코시드를 수득하고, (ii)경우에 따라, 수득한 일반식(Ⅸ)의 글리코시드를 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시키고, (iii)경우에 따라, 일반식(Ⅸ)의 달리코시드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 브롬화시키고 수득한 14-브로모 유도체를 가수분해시켜 R1하이드록시 그룹인 일반식 (Ⅸ)의 상응하는 글리코시드를 형성한 다음; iv)경우에 따라 R1이 하이드록시인 일반식(Ⅸ)의 글리코시드를 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제8항에 따른 일반식(Ⅸ)의 안트라사이클린 글리코시드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제 및, 활성성분으로서 제8항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅸ)의 안트라사이클린 글리코시드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
