Claims (13)

  1. 디벤조시클로옥타디엔형 리그난 함유식물을 저극성용매로 추출하고, 얻어진 추출물을 수불용성 저극성 및 수용성 고극성용매로 적어도 1회 분배추출시킨다음, 수용성 고극성용매층으로부터 디벤조시클로옥타디엔형 리그난을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 디벤조시클로옥타리 엔형의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디벤조시클로옥타디엔형 리그난을 함유하는 식물을 Schisandra chinensis Baill, Schisandra sphenathera Rehd, et Wils, Schisandra rubriflora 및 Kadsura japonica 중에서 선택함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 저극성용매를 석유 에테르, n-헥산, n-헵탄, 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 시클로헥산중에서 선택함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분배추출시, 추출에 사용되는 용매가 분배에 사용되는 용매와 동일하고, 추출물을 적당한 농도로 농축시키거나 건조시킨 후에 분배추출을 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분배추출시, 추출에 사용되는 용매가 분배에 사용되는 용매와 상이하고, 추출물을 건조 시킨후에 분배추출을 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 저극성용매을 석유 에테르, n-핵산, n-헵탄, 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 시클로헥산중에서 선택함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 고극성용매을 에탄올과 에탄올 중에서 선택하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 분배추출에 사용된 용매중의 수용성 고극성용매의 비율이 40-80% 인 것이 특징인 제조 방법 .
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 55-65% 인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 염의 존재하에 분배추출을 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 염을 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 황산암모늄 및 황산나트륨 중에서 선택하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 디벤조시클로옥타디엔형 리그난을 농축, 건조여과, 재결정, 컬럼 크로마트그래피 또는 고속액체 크로마트그래피에 의해 회수하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 수득된 디벤조시클로옥타디엔형 리그난이 고미신A, 시잔드린, 데옥시시잔드린 및 고미신 C중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
