Abstract

본 발명은 천화분의 수추출엑기스의 소염진통제로서의 용도 및 천화분으로부터 소염진통 효과가 우수한 수추출엑기스를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 엑기스의 제조방법에서는 천화분 1009당 물 0.5내지 1.0ℓ를 사용하여 80 내지 100℃에서 추출하였으며 추출엑기스 분말은 동물실험에서 우수한 소염, 진통효과를 발휘하였다.

Claims (6)

  1. 천화분의 수추출엑기스의 소염 진통제로서의 용도.
  2. 천화분을 유기용매로 추출하여 지용성분을 여과제거시키고 잔사를 물로 가열 추출하여 얻은 추출액을 농축하고 동결건조시켜 천화분의 수추출엑기스를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에서, 유기용매가 n-헥산인 방법.
  4. 제2항에서 천화분과 추출용매인 물의 비율이 천화분 100g당 물 0.5 내지 1.0ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 천화분 수추출엑기스가 제2내지 4항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 엑기스인 용도.
  6. 제2 내지 4항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 천화분 수추출엑기스를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경구용 소염진통제 조성물.
