Claims (12)

  1. 라텍스 접착제가 비닐아세테이트-에틸렌, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트, 스티렌-부타디엔, 라텍스 PVC, 폴러비닐리틸 클로라이드, 비닐아세테이트 아크릴산 또는 에스테르, 스티렌 아크릴산 또는 에스테르, 아크릴 또는 메타크릴산이나 그들의 에스테르, 그리고 이들 혼합물의 공중합체 중에서 선택적으로 사용되어지고, 상기 라텍스 접착제를 가진 지지층에 카페트 섬유뭉치가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해 결합된 카페트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카페트가 가) 절단된 직선형 카페트 섬유뭉치, 나) 상기 카페트 섬유뭉치의 일단을 단단히 결합시키는 라텍스 접착제, 다) 상기 라텍스 접착제의 표면에 근접하고 상기 카페트섬유뭉치의 타단의 반대편에 위치하는 유리섬유직물 지지층, 라) 상기 유리섬유직물 지지층의 표면에 근접하고 상기 라텍스 접착 제 표면의 반대편에 위치하는 유리섬유직물층, 그리고 마) 상기 유리섬유직물 표면에 근접하고 상기 지지층과 접촉하는 면의 반대편에 위치하는 2차 등대기 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해 결합된 카페트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2차 등대기 재료는 비라텍스 PVC 프라스티졸, APP, PVDC, PVC, 역청, 우레탄, EVA, 핫멜트, 그리고 SBR 중에서 선택적으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결합된 카페트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2차 등대기 재료는 직물, 또는 우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에틴렌, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트이거나 PVC 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결합된 카페트.
  5. 라텍스 접착제가 비닐아세테이트-에틸렌, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트, 스티렌-부타디엔, 라텍스 PVC, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드, 비닐아세테이트 아크릴산 또는 에스테르, 스티렌 아크릴산 또는 에스테르, 아크릴 또는 메타크릴산이나 그들의 에스테르, 그리고 이들 흔합물의 공중합체 중에서 선택적으로 사용되어지고, 상기 라텍스 접착제를 가진 지지층에 카페트 섬유뭉치가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결합된 카페트를 제조하는 방범.
  6. 카페트를 제조하는 방법이 가) 카페트 섬유를 베드 위에 미리 설정된 높이로 이동시키고, 나) 상기 카페트 유를 카페트섬유뭉치로 만들기 위해 절단하고, 다) 유리섬유직물 지지층을 제공하며, 라) 라텍스접착제층을 상기의 유리심유직물 지지층에 적용시키며, 마) 상기의 카페트 섬유뭉치를 라텍스접착제 층에 압착시켜 예비
    카페트 직물을 만들고. 바) 상기의 라텍스를 경화시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결할된 카페트의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 카페트를 제조하는 방법이 가) 제2의 유리섬유직물 지지층을 제공하고, 나) 라텍스접착제층을 상기의 유리섬유직물 지지층에 적용시키며, 다) 예비카페트 직물의 카페트 섬유뭉치의 결합되지 않은 타단을 라텍스 층에 압착시키며, 라) 상기의 카페트 섬유뭉치를 절단시켜 2개의 카페트 직물을 만들고, 마) 라텍스를 경화시키는 단계로 더욱 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결함된 카페트의 제조방법.
  8. 카페트를 제조하는 방법이 가) 카페트 섬유를 프리이터 바아를 통과시켜 주름진 카페트 섬유뭉치를 만들고, 나) 유리섬유직물 지지층을 이동시키며, 다) 라텍스 접착제를 상기의 유리섬유직물 지지층에 적용시키며, 라) 상기의 주름진 카페트 섬유뭉치를 상기의 라텍스 접착제충에 압착시켜 예비 주름진 카폐트 직물을 만들고, 마) 라텍스를 경화시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결합된 카페트의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 카페트를 제조하는 방법이 가) 제2의 유리섬유직물 지지층을 제공하고, 나) 라텍스 접착제를 상기의 제2 유리성유직물 지지층에 적용시키고, 다) 예비 카페트 직물의 주름진 카페트 섬유뭉치의 결합되지 않은 타단을 라텍스층에 안착시키며, 라) 라텍스를 경화시키며, 마) 주름진 카페트 섬유 뭉치를
    절단하여 2개의 카페트 직물을 만드는 단계로 더욱 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해 결합된 카페트의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항 또는 게8항에 있어서, 상기의 카페트를 제조하는 방법이 가) 유리섬유직물층을 카페트 섬유뭉치의 반대편에 있는 지지층의 표면에 부착시키고. 나) 2차 등대기 재료를 상기의 지지층에 접촉하는 유리섬유직물의 표면에 부착시키는 단계로 더욱 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결합된 카페트의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기의 제2차 등대기 재료는 비라텍스 PVC 프라스티졸, APP, PVDC, PVC, 역청, 우레탄, EVA, 핫멜트 또는 SBR을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해결합된 카페트의 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기의 제2차 등대기 재료는 직물, 또는 우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌. 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 이거나 PVC필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 용해 결합된 카페트의 제포방법.
