Claims (9)
- 단편 A를 구성하는 단향체 단위는 C1-C4알킬기를 갖는 알킬메타크릴레이트를 87중량% 이상 포함하고, 단편 B를 구성하는 단량체 단위는 하기식(1)의 단량체 단위를 80중량% 이상 포함하며, 단편의 부피분율이 30-70%인 일반식 A-B, A-B-A 또는 B-A-B의 블록 공중합체(a)로 구성되고: (1)단편 A및 단편 B는 가시광선의 파장보다 작은 미세영역을 형성하며, (2)그의 상소 투과율은 (0.5-1)×(VAㆍPA+VBㆍPB)와 같음을 특징으로 하는 산소 투과성 성형물.CH2= C(CH3)COOCmH2mSix3(1)(식중, m은 2내지 5의 자연수이고: x는 서로 독립이며, 메틸기 또는이고: VA및 PA는 각각 단편 A성분의 부피분율 및 산소 투과율이고; VB및 PBS는 각각 단편 B성분이 부피분율 및 산소투과율이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체(a)는 일반식 A-B를 가지며,. 그의 수평균 분자량은 10,000 내지 200,000의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체(a)는 일반식 A-B-A 또는 B-A-B를 가지며, 그의 수평균 분자량은 15,000 내지 300,000의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
- 일반식 A-B, A-B-A 또는 B-A-B(식중 단편 A및 단편 B는 앞에서 정의된 바이고 단편 B의 부피분율은 30-70%의 범위임)의 블록 공중합체를 제공하고, 상기 블록 공중합체를 용해도 변수가 7.3∼9.2ca11/2.cm-3/2인 용매중에 용해시키고, 수득 용액을 수형한 다음, 용매를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 높은 산소 투과성을 갖는 투명한 성형물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용매는 톨투엔, 사염화탄소, 메틸이소부틸케톤 및 디에틸케톤으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택한 1이상의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 오르가노폴리실록산을 한 성분으로 함유하는 블록 공중합체(b) 또는 그래프트 공중합체(c)로 주로 구성된 섬유를 형성시키고, 상기 섬유다발을 융해 또는 결합시켜 그들을 서로 일체화 시킴으로써 수득된 산소-투과성 성형물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체(b) 또는 그래프트 공중합체(c)의 다른 성분은 비닐기를 갖는 단량체로부터 유도된 중합체, 폴리카르보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 오르가노포리실록산은 디메틸폴리실록산이고, 블록 공중합체(b) 또는 그래프트 공중합체(C)의 다른 성분은 메틸메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 한 성분으로서 오르가노폴리실록산을 다른 성분으로서 메틸메메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 블록 공중합체(b) 또는 그 그래프트 공중합체(c)로 주로 구성된 섬유를 형성시켜, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 실리콘 함유 메타크릴레이트로 주로 구성된 공중합체를 사용하여 상기 섬유 다발을 결합시킴음 특징으로 하는 성형물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
