Claims (16)

  1. 교류 자기장을 발생시키고 전달하기 위한 수단; 교류 자기장을 감지하고, 자기장에 물리적으로 근접했을 때 출력 전압을 발생시키기 위한 수단: 및 자기장 수단의 교류와 감지 및 발생수단의 출력 전압을 비교하고, 출력전압이 교류와 같은 위상일때, 출력 전압이 감지되지 않을 때 및 출력 전압이 교류 위상에서 180°벗어났을때에 표시를 수요하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 하나는 카테테르(catheter)의 팁(tip)에 인접하게 제거 가능한 방식으로 위치될 수 있고, 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생수단중 다른 하나는 카테테르의 팁의 목적하는 위치와 일치하는 목표점에서 생물학적 조직의 외부에 위치될 수 있음을 특징으로하는, 생물학적 조직내 카테테르의 팁의 위치를 결정하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비교 및 수요 수단이 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 다른 하나와 함께 위치될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 제1의 시각적 표시기를 포함하는 카테테르 위치 결정 장치
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 비교 및 수여 수단이 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 다른 하나와 함께 위치될 수 있는 제2의 시각적 표시기를 포함하며, 제1시각적 표시기는 출력 전압이 교류와 같은 위상일 때 시각적 표시기를 제공하고 제2시각적 표시기는 출력 전압이 교류의 위상에서 180°벗어났을 때 시각적 표시를 제공하는 카테테르 위치 곁정 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서. 비교 및 수여 수단이, 표시가 제1표시기에서 제2표시기로 또한 제2표시기에서 제1표시기로 변화할 때 신호음을 발생하는 수단을 포함하는 카테테르 위치 결정 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 자기장 수단이 자기적 투과성 물질의 코어 (core)와 둘러싸는 코일(coil)을 포함하고, 감지 및 발생 수단이 자기적 투과성 물질의 코어와 둘러싸는 코일을 포함하며, 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생수단중 다른 하나의 코어가 카테테르의 팁에 인접하게 제거 가능한 방식으로 위치될 수 있는 코어에 일반적으로 수직하게 위치될 수 있는 카테테르 위치 결정 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 감지 및 발생 수단이 코일에 의해 감지된 전기적 시그널을 증폭시키기 위한 제1 및 제2중폭기. 및 상기 증폭기중 하나의 증폭기가 스위치(switch) 수단에 의해 우회될 때 상이한 작동 모우드를 제공할수 있도록 상기 증폭기중 하나를 우회하기 위한 스위치 수단을 포함하는 카테테르 위치 결정 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 카테테르가, 카테테르내에 제거 가능한 방식으로 삽입할 수 있는 안내선(guidewire)을 포함하며, 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 하나가 상기 안내선에 고정되고 카테테르의 팁에 인접하게 위치 될 수 있는 카테테르 위치 결정 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 자기장 수단이 생물학적 조직의 외부에 위치될수 있고, 감지 및 발생 수단이 카테테르의 팁에 인접하게 제거 가능한 방식으로 위치될 수 있는 카테테르 위치 결정 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 전지; 자기장 수단을 에너지화 하기위해 상기 전지에 의해 공급된 직류를 교류로 변환시키기 위한 수단; 및 장치를 비작동성으로 하게하기 위하여 상기 전지를 충전시킬때 상기 변환 수단으로의 직류의 공급을 방지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 카테테르 위치 결정장치.
  10. a) 교류 자기장을 발생시키고 전달하기 위한 수단; 및 b) 교류 자기장을 감지하고 자기장에 근접했을때 출력 전압을 발생시키기 위한 수단을 제공하고: c) 카테테르와 함께 생물학적 조직내로 도입시키기 위해 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 어느 하나을 카테테르의 팁에 인접하게 제거가능한 방식으로 위치시킨 다음; d) 교류를 자기장 수단에 공급하고: e) 교류와 출력 전압을 비교하고; f) 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 다른 하나를 카테테르의 팁의 목적하는 위치와 일치하는 목표점에서 생물학적 조직의 외부에서 이동시키고. g) 출력 전압이 교류와 위상일 때, 출력 전압이 감지되지 않을 때 및 출력 전압이 교류의 위상에서 180°벗어났을 때 표시를 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 생물학적 조직내 카테테르의 팁의 위치를 결정하는 방법
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 표시 단계가 a) 출력 전압이 교류와 같은 위상일 때 제1의 시각적 표시를 제공하고: b) 출력 전압이 교류의 위상에서 180° 벗어났을 때 제2의 시각적 표시를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 표시 단계가 c) 표시가 제1시각적 표시에서 제2시각적 표시 또한 제2시각적 표시에서 제1시각적 표시로 변활할 때 신호음을 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서. 제거가능한 방식으로 위치시키는 단계가 a) 안내선을 제공하여 자기장 수단과 감지 및 발생 수단중 하나를 안내선에 고정시키고; b) 카테테르와 함께 생물학적 조직내로 도입시키기 위하여 안내선을 카테테르내에 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서. 제거가능한 방식으로 위치시키는 단계가 감지 및 발생 수단을 카테테르의 팁에 인접하게 제거가능한 방식으로 위치시키는 단계를 포함하고; 이동 단계가 자기장 수단을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서. 표시 단계가 시각적 표시를 제공하기 위한 표시기를 제공하는 단계를 포함하며, 이동단계가 표시기를 자기장 수단과 함께 이동시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  16. 외부 교류 자기장을 제공하기 위한 수단; 자기장의 위상을 나타내는 제1시그널을 제공하기 위한 수단; 카테떼르가 자기장에 물리적으로 근접하였을 제2시그널을 발생시키기 위해 카테테르내에 포함된 수단: 제2시그널의 위상과 제1시그널의 위상을 비교하기 위한 수단: 및 제1 및 제2시그널 사이에 예정된 위상 관계가 존재할 때 표시하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 생물학절 조직내 카테테르의 위치를 결정하기 위한 장치.
