제2도는 동 실시예에 있어서의 적외광 파이버의 직경과 반복굴곡시험의 투과율의 경과시 변화의 관계를 나타낸 특성도.
제3도는 염화은-브롬화은 단결정의 브롬화은 농도에 대한 결정의 탄성한계 응력·파단응력과 적외광파이버의 파단응력을 나타낸 특성도.
Claims (5)
- 염화은과 브롬화은 조성비율이 염화은 30내지 70중량%이고 직경이 0.35㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외광파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적외광파이버의 흡수계수가 10-3(1/㎝) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외광파이버.
- 할로겐화은 결정과 이것을 다이스에 의해 열간 압출함으로써 선상(線狀)의 적외광파이버를 형성시키고 상기 적외광파이버의 항복응력이상에서 파단응력이하의 인장하중을 적외광파이버에 부가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광외광파이버의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 할로겐화 금속은은 염화은과 브롬화은의 조성비율이 염화은 30 내지 70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외광파이버의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다이스의 구경(口徑)이 0.35㎜이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외광파이버의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
