감염증 진단방법 및 미생물의 검출과 미생물의 동정방법

제1도는 플레이트 1에 있어서, 사람 세포중의 임균(임자상 시그날)을 나타낸다.
제2도는 플레이트 2에 있어서, 사람 백혈구중에 포획된 균(동정되지 않은 것) (임상시험)을 나타낸다. 제3도는 플레이트 3에 있어서, 사람 백혈구중에 포획된 포도상 구균(in Vitro)을 나타나낸다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다음 (Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)의 단계를 포함하는 감염중의 진단 시스템. (Ⅰ) 생체성분으로서 혈액, 복수, 그밖의 식세포를 다량 함유하는 분획 또는 성분인 검체를 고정시킨다. (Ⅱ) 다음 ①의 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 검체중의 균을 동정한다. ① 방사성 또는 비방사성 어느 한 프로브를 사용하여 검체에 하이브리다이제이션을 실시한다.
  2. 다음 (Ⅰ) 내지 (Ⅲ)의 단계를 포함하는 감염증의 진단시스템. (Ⅰ) 생체성분으로서 혈액, 복수, 그밖의 식세포를 다량 함유하는 분획 또는 성분인 검체를 고정시킨다. (Ⅲ) 다음 ① 및 ②의 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 검체중의 균을 검출한다. ① 검체에 스트렙트아비딘(Streptavidin)을 함유하는 아비딘상 단백질을 접촉시킨다. ① 상기의 처리를 실시한 검체에 효소, 항체, 색소 및 금 등의 표지분자를 결합시킨 비오틴을 접촉시킨다. (Ⅲ) 상기 (Ⅱ)에서 균이 검출된 검체에 대하여, 다음 ①의 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 검체중의 균을 동정한다. ① 방사성 또는 비방사성 어느 한 프로브를 사용하여 검출에 하이브리다이제이션을 실시한다.
  3. 다음 (Ⅰ) 내지 (ⅱ)의 단계를 포함하는, 검체중의 균을 검출하는 방법. (Ⅰ) 생체성분으로서 혈액, 복수, 그밖의 식세포를 다량 함유하는 분획 또는 성분인 검체를 고정시킨다. (Ⅱ) 다음 ①의 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 검체중의 균을 동정한다. ① 방사성 또는 비방사성 어느 한 프로브를 사용하여 검체에 하이브리다이제이션을 실시한다.
