제3도는 파이프(pipe)의 사점 굽힘 시험(four-point bending test)장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (5)
- 수지중량함유율이 19-27wt%인 한방향으로 배치된 탄소섬유 프리프레그로 제조된 탄소섬유 강화 열경화성 수지성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한방향으로 배치된 탄소섬유 프리프레그가 300-600g/25mm폭으로 조절된 필(peel)강도를 갖는 이형지의 이형표면 위에 지탱되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소섬유 체적함유율이 67-75vol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 열경화성 수지중량함유율이 19-27wt%인 한방향으로 배치된 탄소섬유 프리프레그를 적층하고 그 적층판을 성형하여 수지유출로 인한 수지중량함유율이 2wt%를 초과하지 않도록 하므로서 탄소섬유 체적함유율이 67-75%인 탄소섬유 강화 수지성형체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
