제3도는 상부관로, 하부관로에 있어서 사용되는 레듀서의 구조설명도.

Claims (3)

  1. 기밀저장용기(3)에 수용된 분립체를, 중간에 수직입상관로부(5b)를 설치한 수송관로(5)를 통하여, 가스압에 의하여 포집기(6)에 기력 수송하는 장치에 있어서, 상기한 수송관로(5)는, 끝이 가느다란 통형상의 가속용레듀서(71)를 보유한 상기한 기밀저장용기(3)에 연속되는 하부관로(5a)와, 상기한 포집기(6)에 연속되며 그 시단부에 끝이 굵은 통형상의 감속용레듀셔(74)를 보유한 가로방향의 상부관로(5c)와, 이들 하부관로(5a)와 상부관로(5c)를 연결하는 수직입상 관로부(5b)에 의하여 구성되어 있고, 상기한 수직입상관로부(5b) 중간에는, 끝이 굵은 통형상의 감속용레듀셔(72)와, 줄임부(73C)를 보유한 기저부의 윗쪽에 끝이 가느다란 가속부를 형성한 가속조정용 레듀서(73A)를 상, 하에 연결시킨 구성으로 한 분립체의 고농도기력 수송장치.
  2. 상기한 가로방향의 상부관로(5c)와 상기한 수직입상관로(5b)는, 적당한 곡율로 절곡된 밴드관(5d)으로 연결되어 있고, 이 밴드관(5d)은, 중앙부에 있어서의 내경(D2)을 입, 출구부를 포함한 다른부분에 있어서의 내경(D1), (D3)보다도 작게한 형상으로 되고, 상기한 수직입상관로(5b)에서 이송되어 온 분립체를, 그 벤드관(5d)의 입구부에서 중앙부에 이르기 까지에는, 가속상승시키는 한편, 중앙부에서 출구부에 이르기까지 에는 감속상승시키면서, 이송 방향을 수직에서 수평으로 변하시키는 구성으로 된 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 분립체의 고농도기력 수송장치.
  3. 상기한 가로방향의 상부관로(5c)와 상기한 수직입상관로(5b)는, 적당한 곡율로서 절곡된 벤드관(50)으로 연결되어 있으며, 이 벤드관(50)과 상기한 상부관로(5c)의 끝이 굵은 통형상의 감속용레듀셔(74)와의 사이에는, 줄입부(52a)를 중간에 보유한 적어도 한개 이상의 보조레듀셔(52)를 접속하여 구성된 조정관로(A)를 개장시킨 구성으로 된 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 분립체의 고농도기력 수송장치.
