Claims (20)

  1. 편평한 표면을 갖춘 물품은 지지하기 위한 둘러싸는 종이 보오드 카톤에 있어서, 물품의 편평한 표면과 근접하게 면한 패널과, 각각의 플랩은 외부엣지, 외부면 그리고 내부면을 갖추고 있고, 겹쳐지는 내부 및 외부 플랩으로 구성된 상기 패널과, 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어진 슬롯을 갖춘 내부플랩과, 내부플랩에서 슬롯을 통해서 그리고 외부플랩의 외부 엣지를 넘어 뻗어 있는 탭을 갖춘 외부플랩과, 내부플랩의 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어진 엣지를 형성하는 슬롯을 갖춘 내부플랩과, 플랩을 함께 체결하도록 내부 플랩의 간격이 떨어진 엣지와 맞물리는 외부 플랩상의 로킹부재와, 내부 플랩으로부터 후퇴를 방지하도록 잠김상태에서 로킹부재를 지지하는 부재, 로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이보오드 카톤.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로킹부재는 내부플랩의 간격이 떨어진 슬롯과 맞물리는 어깨부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 어깨부재는 내부플랩의 외부엣지와 간격이 떨어진 슬롯과의 사이에서 내부플랩의 내부면과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 외부플랩은 탭의 끝으로부터 간격이 떨어진 슬롯을 포함하고 있으며, 어깨부재는 슬롯의 엣지에 의해서 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 잠긴상태에서 로킹부재를 지지하기 위한 부재는 어깨부재를 제위치에서 지지하도록 슬롯 근처에서 외부플랩과 맞물리는 내부플랩에서 탭부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 카톤.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 내부플랩상에서 탭부재는 내부플랩에서 슬롯에 의해 한정되며, 탭부재를 한정하는 내부플랩의 슬롯부분은 로킹엣지를 한정하는 상기 슬롯의 부분보다 덜 간격이 떨어진 내부플랩의 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 내부플랩에서 탭부재는 외부플랩의 슬롯을 통해서 뻗어 있으며 상기 슬롯의 엣지에 의해서 제 위치에 유지되며, 이것에 의해, 탭부재는 어깨부재를 제 위치에 유지하도록 제위치에 유지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 내부플랩의 탭부재를 제위치에 유지하는 슬롯의 엣지는 외부플랩에서 제2탭부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 어깨부재는 외부플랩에서 제2탭부재의 주변에 상응하는 엣지에 의해서 연결된 2개의 어깨로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 외부플랩에서 탭은 측면 엣지로 구성되어 있으며, 여기에서 어깨부재를 한정하는 슬롯은 탭의 측면 엣지로부터 간격이 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤.
  11. 편평한 표면을 갖춘 물품을 지지하기 위한 둘러싸는 종이 보오드 카톤을 형성하는 반제품에 있어서, 물품을 편평한 표면과 근접하게 면한 패널을 형성하도록 겹쳐지는 관계로 함께 연결되도록 채택된 대향 끝부분을 갖춘 종이 보오드 반제품과, 각각의 플랩은 외부엣지, 외부면, 그리고 내부면을 갖추고 있으며, 내부플랩으로 구성된 다른끝 부분과 외부플랩으로 구성된 한 개의 끝부분과, 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어진 슬롯을 갖춘 내부플랩과, 반제품으로부터 형성된 카톤의 내부플랩에서 슬롯을 통해서 뻗어있도록 채택된 그리고 외부플랩의 외부엣지를 넘어 뻗어있는 탭을 갖춘 외부플랩과, 내부 플랩의 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어진 엣지를 갖춘 내부플랩과, 함께 플랩을 체결하도록 반제품으로부터 형성된 카톤의 내부플랩의 간격이 떨어진 엣지와 맞물리도록 채택된 외부플랩상의 로킹부재와, 잠김 상태에서 반제품으로부터 형성된 카톤의 로킹부재를 지지하기 위한 플랩상의 부재, 로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이보오드 반제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 로킹부재는 내부플랩의 외부엣지와 슬롯과의 사이에서 반제품으로부터 형성된 카톤의 내부 플랩의 내부 면과 맞물리도록 채택된 외부플랩에서 어깨 부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 외부 플랩은 탭의 끝으로부터 간격이 떨어진 슬롯을 포함하고 있으며, 어깨 부재는 슬롯의 엣지에 의해서 한정되며, 여기에서 잠김상태에서 반제품으로부터 형성된 카톤의 로킹부재를 지지하기 위한 부재는 어깨부재를 제위치에 지지하도록 슬롯과 인접한 외부플랩과 맞물리도록 채택된 내부플랩상에서 탭부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 내부 플랩상의 탭부재는 반제품으로부터 형성된 카톤의 외부플랩에서 슬롯을 통해서 뻗어 있도록 채택되어 있으며, 상기 슬롯의 엣지에 의해서 제위치에 유지되며, 이것에 의해 카톤의 탭부재는 어깨부재가 제자리에 있도록 제위치에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 내부플랩의 탭부재를 제자리에 지지하는 슬롯의 엣지는 외부 플랩에서 제2탭부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  16. 종이 보오드 반제품으로부터 둘러싸는 카톤을 조립하는 방법에 있어서, 편평한 표면을 갖추고 있으며, 포장될 물품을 제공하는 단계와, 반제품의 한끝부분은 외부플랩으로 구성되어 있으며, 다른 끝부분은 내부플랩으로 구성되어 있고, 각각의 플랩은 외부엣지, 외부면, 그리고 내부면을 갖추고 있으며, 내부 플랩은 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어진 슬롯을 갖추고 있으며 내부플랩은 외부플랩의 외부엣지를 넘어 뻗어 있는 탭을 갖추고 있으며, 내부플랩은 내부플랩의 외부엣지로부터 간격이 떨어진 엣지를 갖추고 있으며, 외부플랩은 플랩을 함께 체결하도록 내부플랩의 간격이 떨어진 엣지와 맞물리기 위하여 로킹부재를 갖추고 있으며, 겹쳐지는 관계로 함께 연결되도록 채택된 대향 끝부분을 갖춘 종이보오드 반제품을 제공하는 단계와, 내부 및 외부 플랩이 서로 밀접한 관계로 물품의 편평한 표면위에 놓이도록 물품주위로 반제품을 싸는 단계와, 외부 플랩의 탭은 내부플랩에서 슬롯을 통해서 삽입되며, 외부플랩의 로킹부재는 내부플랩의 간격이 떨어진 엣지와 맞물리며, 물품의 편평한 표면에 평행한 운동의 궤도를 따라 서로를 향해서 외부 및 내부 플랩의 상대운동을 야기하는 단계, 로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카톤 조립방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 로킹부재는 내부플랩의 외부엣지와 간격이 떨어진 슬롯과의 사이에서, 그리고 간격이 떨어진 슬롯과 인접한 내부플랩의 내부면과 내부플랩의 간격이 떨어진 엣지와 맞물리는 외부 플랩상에 어깨부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 외부 플랩은 탭의 끝으로부터 간격이 떨어진 슬롯을 포함하고 있으며, 어깨부재는 슬롯의 엣지에 의해서 한정되며, 여기에서 잠김상태에서 로킹부재를 지지하기 위한 부재는 내부플랩상에서 탭부재로 구성되어 있으며, 내부 및 외부플랩에 의한 상기 상대운동으로 인하여 상기 탭부재는 어깨부재를 제위치에 유지하도록 슬롯과 인접한 외부플랩과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부플랩의 상기 상대운동은 탭부재가 내부플랩상에서 외부플랩에서 슬롯을 통해서 뻗어 있도록 야기하며, 상기 슬롯의 엣지에 의해서 제위치에 지지되도록 하며, 이것에 의해 내부플랩상의 탭부재는 어깨부재를 제 자리에 유지하도록 제위치에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
