Claims (6)

  1. 미스터실린더와 결합되어 있는 비례밸브에 있어서, 마스터 실린더는, 제1 압력챔버 및 제2 압력챔버, 각각의 압력챔버로부터 횡방향 보어내부에 배치된 상기 비례밸브를가진 횡방향 보어까지 유체압력을 연동시키기 위한 연통부재, 한쪽 단부에서 마스터실린더에 대하여 반경방향으로 내부에 설치된 제1 압력 수용챔버 및 다른 단부에서 반경방향으로 외부에 설치된 제2압력수용챔버를 가진 보어, 출구 개구부를 가진 제2 압력수용챔버, 상기 보어내부에 배치되고 제1 압력 수용챔버내부에 수용되는 제1 단부 및 제2 압력 수용챔버내부에 수용되는 제2단부를 가진 차동면적피스톤, 제1압력 수용챔버의 일부분을 형성하기 위하여 적어도 하나의 시일을 가진 제1단부, 배치된 시일링부재를 가진 제2단부, 제1 피스톤 부분 및 제2피스톤부분으로 구성된 차동면적피스톤, 제2피스톤 부분의 관통개구부 내부로 뻗어있는 연장부를 가진 제1피스톤부분, 제2피스톤부분 내부 반경방향의 개구부와 일렬로 배열된 시일부재를 가진 연장부, 상기 출구 개구부쪽으로 탄력부재에 의해 가압된 제2피스톤 부분, 상기 제1피스톤부분 및 제2피스톤부분 주위에 배치된 차동면적 슬리이브, 시일링장치 및 시일링장치와 제1단부 주위에 배치된 시일 사이의 면적이 중간챔버를 형성하도록 제2 피스톤부분 및 차동면적 슬리이브에 배치된 시일링 장치, 및 제1챔버 및 제2챔버의 하나에서 압력의 부족이 차동면적 슬리이브로 하여금 경고스위치부재를 변위시켜서 작동하도록 상기 슬리이브에 배치된 맞닿음부재를 맞물리게 하기 위하여 중간챔버 내부로 뻗어있는 경고스위치부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터실린더 및 마스터실린더와 결합되어 있는 비례 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 맞닿음 부재는 상기 차동면적 슬리이브의 외부표면에 배치된 "V"자형상의 리세스로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비레밸브 및 마스터 실린더.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 차동면적 슬리이브의 단부 주위에 배치되고 상기 시일링장치와 맞닿은 링으로 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례밸브 및 마스터실린더.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 차동면적 슬리이브는 중간 챔버와 함께 슬리이브의 내부 관통개구부와 연통하는 벤트개구부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례밸브 및 마스터 실린더.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중간 챔버 및 벤트는 대기와 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례밸브 및 마스터 실린더.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 시일링 장치는 상기 중간챔버의 일부분을 형성하기 위하여 상기 슬리이브 주위에 배치된 시일 및 슬리이브의 내부 관통개구부 내부와 슬리이브와 제2 피스톤부분 사이에 배치된 내부시일로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례밸브 및 마스터실린더.
