Claims (11)

  1. 방사상으로 이동가능한 다수의 이동 부재들이 회전 가능한 실린더 블록내에 배열되어서 이동 링상에서 미끄럼 운동하며, 상기 이동 링은 하우징내에 설치되어서 횡방향으로 상기 실린더 블록의 회전축까지 이동할 수 있어서 상기 이동 링의 축과 상기 실린더 블록의 회전축사이의 거리가 변화될 수 있는 특징으로 가지는, 성형 피스톤 기관이나 베인 기관등과 같은 수압식 용적형 기관에 있어서, 상기 이동 링의 방사상 바깥쪽으로 있는 상기 하우징의 바깥쪽 내부공간 지역이 상기 이동링의 방사상 안쪽으로 있는 상기 하우징의 안쪽 내부공간 지역에 대해서 밀봉되어서, 대기압보다 조금 큰 “중간”압력이 상기 하우징의 방사상 바깥쪽 내부공간 지역내에서 전개되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 방사상 안쪽 내부 공간 지역만이 누출관 또는 흡입채널 저압지역에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 하우징의 방사상 바깥쪽 내부공간지역은 관에 의해서 압력원에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 방사상 바깥쪽 내부공간지역이 압력식 밸브에 의해서 저압지역(누출 오일관 저압실등)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압력식 밸브가 상기 하우징의 방사상 바깥쪽 내부 공간지역내의 압력을 형성하는 첵밸브로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 방사상 바깥쪽 내부 공간지역에 연결된 상기 압력원이 상기 수압식 용적형 기관의 바깥쪽에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  6. 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 안쪽 내부 공간지역이 관에 의해서, 상기 하우징내에 설치된 저압채널에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이동링의 양쪽 측면중 어느 한 측면에는, 인접한 하우징벽과 접촉하는 밀봉부재가 삽입되어 있는 환형홈이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부재가, 상기 하우징 벽과 접촉하는 금속링, 및 축선방향 예비응력(axial pretensioning)하에 상기 이동 링과 상기 금속 링 사이로 삽입된 적어도 하나의 스프링 부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이동링은 방사상 바깥쪽에 있는 제1링 부분상에 제1링 부분이 배열되도록 상기 2개의 링 부분으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 2개의 링부분은 축선 방향으로 서로에 대해서 밀봉되면서 이동가능하며, 상기 2개의 링 부분 사이로 적어도 하나의 스프링 부재가 예비응력하에서 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이동링의 양쪽 측면이 상기 인접한 하우징 벽과 밀봉가능하게 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압식 용적형 기관.
  11. 제3도 내지 제5도에 도시된 바와 같은 다른 실시예를 포함하면서, 제1도 및 제2도에 도시된 도면들을 참조하여 상기된 사항과 대체로 동일한 수압식 용적형 기관.
