본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 도시한 설명도이다. 제2도는 스트립판 두께에 다른 공냉온도 강하량을 도시한 것이다. 제3도는 압연중의 로울접촉에 의한 스트립의 온도저하를, 압연로울 표면온도와 스트립의 압연후 온도와의 관계로 도시한 것이다.(발명을 실시하기 위한 최량의 형태)

Claims (8)

  1. 압연연기와, 이 압연기의 입구측 및 출구측에 설치되는 텐션리일과, 이 각 텐션리일과 압연기 사이에 설치되는 디플렉터로울을 구비한 압연설비이고, 상기 텐션리일은 가열수단이 있는 보열로내에 배치되고, 압연로울 및 상기 디플렉터로울에는, 이들 로울을 가열할 수 있도록 가열수단이 부설되고, 또한 압연기의 입구 및 출구에는 스트립의 가열장치를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압연로울 가열용의 가열수단이 압연로울을 직접가열하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압연로울 가열용의 가열수단이, 압연기의 백업로울을 통하여 압연로울을 간접가열하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 가열수단이 백업로울에 대향하여 설치되는 고온유의 공급노즐장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
  5. 제1,2,3 또는 제4항에 있어서, 복수스탠드의 압연기를 가지고 있고, 각 압연기의 입구 및 출구에 스트립의 가열장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
  6. 제1,2,3,4 또는 제5항에 있어서, 디플렉터로울의 가열수단이, 로울내부에 열매를 유통시키기 위한 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
  7. 제1,2,3,4 또는 제5항에 있어서, 디플렉터로울의 가열수단이 로울을 외측에서 가열하는 가열수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연장치.
  8. 제1,2,3,4,5,6 또는 제7항에 있어서, 압연로울의 근방에, 윤활 그리이스를 공급하기 위한 그리이스 공급 장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코일용 온간압연설비.
