제1도는 그의 관련된 트레이스(trace)들을 상호 접속하는 스택어블 콘넥터를 갖는 평행한 기판 배열의 설명도, 제2도는 각 기판들 위에 탑재되어 결합된 한쌍의 스택어블 전기 콘넥터의 종단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 콘택트 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명의 콘택트를 변형시킨 정사각형 단면과, 변형시킬 때에 사용하는 한쌍의 U-자형 다이(die)를 도시하는 제3도의 선 4-4를 따라 취한 확대단면도, 제5도는 기판의 관통구멍(through-hole)내에 배치되어 있는 변형된 기둥을 도시하는 제4도에서와 같은 확대단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 다른 전기 제품의 대응하는 접촉수단과의 전기적 접촉을 위해 기판 관통구멍을 통하여 완전히 삽입한 후에 기판으로부터 간격을 두고 배치되는 적어도 하나의 접촉부를 가지며, 기판의 관통구멍을 통하여 삽입할 수 있고 각 기판회로 트레이스에 전기적으로 연결할 수 있는 정사각형의 기둥을 갖는 형태인, 프린트 회로기판과 함께 사용할 수 있는 전기 콘택트에 있어서, 그의 대향하는 변들의 쌍이 각각 첫 번째와 두 번째 거리만큼 떨어져 있는 일반적으로 직각사각형의 단면을 갖고 직교하는 4개의 편평한 측면들을 형성하는 기둥을 금속부재가 그의 한 끝에 적어도 포함하고, 상기 첫 번째와 두 번째 거리가 직각에 인접하는 변(밑변과 높이)인 직각삼각형의 빗변 길이보다 대체로 더 작은 직경을 갖는 기판의 관통구멍을 통하여 삽입될 수 있도록, 다른 전기 제품의 접촉수단의 대응하는 리셉터클 접촉부의 스프링 접촉아암의 각 편평한 접촉면에 의하여 확실하게 결합될 수 있게 직교하는 4개의 편평한 측면들이 둥글게 되지 않으면서, 상기 직사각형 단면의 대각선(L)을 감소시키기 위해 상기 기둥의 코너를 매끄럽고 둥글게 만든 전기 콘택트.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 둥글게 만든 코너가 공구의 다이 수단에 의하여 스탭프되므로써 형성되고, 이때에 상기 코너로부터의 금속재료가 단면 내에 그대로 남고, 적어도 사기 스탬프 작업 후에 상기 측면들 사이의 치수가 상기 치수를 갖는 정사각형 기둥과 결합할 수 있는 대응하는 리셉터클 접촉부의 스프링 접촉아암 부분에 의하여 결합하여 맞물리는 상기 측면으로서 적당한 전기 콘택트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 둥글게 만든 코너가 연마되는 전기 콘택트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재의 한 끝이 동일형의 콘택트 기둥과 결합할 수 있는 리셉터클 접촉부를 포함하고, 프린트 회로기판들을 평행한 배열로 상호접속하기 위한 스택어블 전기 콘넥터에 사용할 수 있는 콘택트를 형성하는 전기 콘택트.
