제3도는 선행기술의 층 지지물에 사용하는 중합체와 본 발명에 따르는 공정에서 사용하는 중합체의 유동특성을 비교한 그래프이다.
Claims (8)
- 층 지지물이 적어도 하나의 열호변성 액정 중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 형태의 유연한 층 지지물, 테이프 위에 캐스팅된 하나 이상의 사진 또는 자기 층 및 층 지지물의 다른 면에 캐스팅된 하나 이상의 임의의 층으로 이루어진 기록물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층 지지물이 열호변성 중합체, 폴리에스테르, 폴리티오에스테르, 폴리에스테르 아미드, 폴리에스테르 아미드이미드 및/또는 폴리에스테르 카보네이트의 하나로부터 선택, 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 240 내지 350℃의 온도범위와 101내지 104/S의 전단응력 구배에서 101내지 102Pa/S의 점도범위와 V0의 압출속도에서 넓은 시이팅 다이로부터 액화 열호변성 중합체를 압출한 후, 층 지지물을 V1의 견인속도로 회전로 회전하는 냉각 권취 롤러와 당해 권취 롤러에 대하여 가압하여의 비율로 연산시켜 필요한 층 두께로 감소시키는 회전 압축 롤러 사이를 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 층 지지물의 연신도가 2 내지 80임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 견인속도 V1이 50 내지 500m/min의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 지지물의 두께가 3 내지 500㎛임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 지지물을 제조하는 동안 접착층 및/또는 하나 이상의 사진층 및/또는 하나 이상의 자기층 및/또는 뒷면의 하나 이상의 층이 적절한 캐스팅 장치에 의해 공정중에 층의 전면 및/또는 후면의 층 지지물위에 캐스팅됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기록층을 층 지지물에 적용하기 전에 한면 또는 양면에 코로나 처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
