Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 3-위치가 치환된, 3-(티엔-2-일)-피페라진-2-온 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산 부가화합물.
    상기식에서,R은 페닐;(C1-C6)-알킬, (C1-C6)-알콕시, 및/또는 (C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C6)-알킬에 의해 일치환, 이치환 또는 삼치환된 페닐;(C1-C6)-알킬;페닐-(C|1-C6)-알킬, 나프틸-(C1-C6)-알킬;(C1-C6)알콕시-(C1-C|6)-알킬;또는 디(C1-C6)-알킬아미노-(C1-C6)-알킬을 나타내고 R1은 2-티에닐을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R은 페닐;(C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C4)-알콕시, 및/또는 (C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬에 의해 일치환, 이치환 또는 삼치환된 페닐;(C1-C4)-알킬;(C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬;페닐-(C1-C4)-알킬;나프틸-(C1-C|6)-알킬;또는 디(C1-C4)-알킬아미노-(C1-C6)-알킬임을 특징으로 하는 피페라지논.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R이 일치환된 페닐임을 특징으로 하는 피페라지논.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R이 (C1-C4)-알킬임을 특징으로 하는 피페라지논.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필, 페닐, 벤질 또는 펜에틸임을 특징으로 하는 피페라지논,
  6. 3-메틸-3-(티엔-2-일)-피페라진-2-온 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산 부가 화합물.
  7. 3-메틸-3-(티엔-2-일)-피페라진-2-온 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산 부가 화합물.
  8. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 3-(티엔-2-일)-5,6-디하이드로-(1H)-피라진-2-온을 불활성 유기용매 또는 용매 혼합물중에서 0℃내지 용매 또는 용매 혼합불의 비점이하의 온도범위 내에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 유기금속 화합물과 반응시키고, 생성물을 통상의 방법으로 후처리하며, 경우에 따라, 약학적으로 허용되는 산 부가 화합물로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 피페라진-2-온 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 M은 Li, (CuLi)0.5. Cd0.5, ZnHal 또는 MgHal(Hal은 I, Br 또는 Cl)을 나타내고 R 및 R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
  9. 인체 뇌 기능을 향상시키고/시키거나 인체에서 대뇌 노화 작용의 영향을 감소시키는 약학적 제제의 제조를 위한 약학적 활성 화합물로서 제1 내지 7항에 따른 피페라지는 및/또는 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산부가 화합물의 용도.
  10. 약학적으로 허용되는 부형제및 첨가물 및, 경우에 따라, 또한 약학적 유효량의 하나 이상의 가타활성 화합물과 함께, 활성 화합물로서 약학적 유효량의 제1 내지 7항에 따른 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산 부가염을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학적 제형.
