Claims (12)

  1. 공통의 기록물질저항통으로부터 공급될 수 있는 두개의 선택적으로 사용가능하고 다른 기록팁(writing tips)을 가진 파이버펜, 마킹펜, 라이너 등과 같은 필기구에 있어서, 두개의 기록팁(7,9)이 필기구(1)의 동일단부에 배열되고 서로 포개어짐을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 장방형 기록팁(7,9)이 서로 동심으로 배열되고 서로에 관해 필기구(1)의 축의 방향으로 상대적으로 이동될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  3. 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 두 기록팁이 연속 필기 접촉표면(7a)(제3도)를 연결형성하도록 큰 직경의 한기록팁(7)에 대해 기록의치에서 같은 평면임을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서,작은직경의 기록팁(9)이 기록물질저장통(4)에 연속적으로 변함없이 잠겨있고 활동표면(8)위의 큰 직경의 기록팁(7)과 기록물질전달접촉상태로 있는 필기구.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 큰 직경의 기록팁(7)이 기록물질저장통(4)의 오목부내에서 이동가능하고 연속적으로 이와 직접 기록물질 전달접촉상태(4a)임을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 큰 직경의 기록팁(7)을 위한 홀딩부시(6)가 필기구(1)의 축의 방향으로 작은직경의 기록팁(9)을 위한 홀딩슬리브(5)내에서 이동가능함을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 홀딩슬리브(5)는 필기구하우징(2)과 기록물질 저장통(4)속으로 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  8. 제6항 혹은 제7항에 있어서, 홀더부시(5)와 홀딩슬리부(6)가 슬롯트/핀연결(12 혹은 30, 31)을 통하여 한정된 범위까지 상대적으로 음직일 수 있게 서로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 슬롯트/핀연결부(12)는 단부위치에서 힘-확인 및 자기-억제하게 설계됨을(제4도와 제5도)특징으로 하는 필기구.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 캣치(32,33)는 슬롯트/핀연결부(30,31)의 최종위치에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  11. 제1항 혹은 제2항 혹은 제5항에 있어서, 두 기록팁(47,48,49)이 다른 색인 기록물질 저장통(4a,44b)으로부터 각 경우에 공급될 수 있고 분리몸체(50)에 의해 서로 분리되고 서로 표개진 두 기록팁(47,48,49)이 기록물질의 전달에 대해 절연됨을 특징으로 하는 필기구
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 인서트요소(51)가 구비되고 이속에 하나의 기록물질저장통(44a)이 하나의 측부로부터 단단히 삽입되고 이 속으로 기록물질저장통으로부터 공급될 수 있고 핀과 슬롯트연결부(51a,52)를 통하여 그의 지지체(46)와 함께 축방향으로 움직일 수 있는 큰 직경을 가진 기록팁(47)이 다른 측부로부터 축방향으로 이동가능하며, 기록물질저장통(44a)과 연속적인 기록물질전달접촉상태로 분리몸체(50)와 분리슬리브(60)가 밀봉연결되게 담겨있음을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
