Claims (10)

  1. 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스(HPMC) 및 트리아세틴으로 구성되는 중합체 필름으로 피복한 라니티딘염산염 정제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,중합체 필름 피복제의 트리아세틴 함량이 HPMC 중량에 기초하여 5% 내지 25%인 정제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,중합체 필름 피복제의 트리아세틴 함량이 10% 내지 15%인 정제.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 피복제가 또한 1종 이상의 착색제 또는 유백제를 함유하는 정제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 피복제중 착색제 또는 유백제의 양이 HPMC중량에 기초하여 5% 내지 65%인 정제.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 피복물이 정제 100중량부당 2.1 내지 5.0중량부로 구성된 정제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,중합체 피복물이 정제 100중량부당 3.0 내지 4.0중량부로 구성된 정제.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라니티딘 염산염 정제 코어에 HPMC 및 트리아세틴으로 구성되는 중합체 필름 피복 기술에 의해 도포시키는 것으로 되는 정제 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 피복제를 수용성 조건하에서 상기 제조하고 도포시키는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 피복제를 유기(비수용성)용매를 사용하여 제조하고 도포시키는 방법.
