입상체의 평균입도 측정방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 있어서의 입자화상(粒子畵像)의 파워 스펙트럼(power spectrum:진동수)의 n차(次) 모오멘트의 연산식(演算式)을 나타낸 도면,
제2도는 본 발명에 의거하여 평균입도(平均粒度)의 연산 시이켄스(sequence)의 한 실시예를 나타낸 도면.
제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의거하여 입상체이 평균입도의 측정장치를 나타내는 블록도.

Claims (5)

  1. 퇴적한 입상체의 평균입도를 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 퇴적한 입상체를 촬영한 화상의 파워 스펙트럼의 n차 모오멘트Mn (n=0,1,2,…)중, 하나 이상의 차수의 모오멘트를 사용하여 입상체의 평균입도를 구하는 입상체의 평균입도측정방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화상을 2치화 또는 부동 2치화 함으로써 얻을 수 있는 입자추출화상의 파워 스펙트럼의 n차 모오멘트 Mn (n=0,1,2,…)을 사용하는 입상체의 평균입도 측정방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 화상의 파워 스펙트럼의 n차 모오멘트 Mn (n=0, 1,2,…)에서 입상체의 평균입도를 구함에 있어, 상이한 2개의 차수 모오멘트 Ml 및 Ml + k ( l = 0,1,2…, K = 1,2,3)을 사용하여서 a= B(B ; 비례계수)인 연산식에 의하여 구하는 입상체의 평균입도 측정 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 화상의 파워 스펙트럼의 n차 모오멘트를 구함에 있어서 화상을 가로방향 또는 세로방향으로 m분할하여, 각 분할된 안에서 화상신호르 세로방향 또는 가로방향으로 평균화학 신호의 파워스펙트럼을 각기 구하여 구해 진 m개의 파워 스펙트럼을 평균화하여 얻을 수 있는 평균 파워스팩트럼 P(u)를 사용하여 n차 모오멘트 Mn을 Mn = ∫θba -2, unP(u)du인 식에 의하여 구하는 입상체의 평균입도 측정방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 회전전동입자제조의 접시안의 입상체의 평균입도를 측정하여 그 측정결과에 따라서 액체바인더의 공급량을 조정시키는 입상체의 평균입도측정방법.
