Claims (3)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 (22E)-5,7,22-에르고스타트리엔-2α,3β,25-트리올 또는 이의 24-에피머를 조사하고, 이어서 이성체화함을 포함하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 1α,25-디하이드록시비타민 D2또는 이의 24-에피머를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1이 CH3인 경우, R2는 H(24 S 형태)이고, R2가 CH3인 경우, R1은 H(24 R 형태)이다.
  2. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 (22E)-5,7,22-에르고스타트리엔-1α, 3β, 25-트리올 또는 이의 24-에피머.
    상기식에서, R1이 CH3인 경우, R2는 H(24 S 형태)이고, R2가 CH3인 경우, R1은 H(24 R 형태)이다.
  3. (22E)-5,7,22-에르고스타트리엔-1α, 3β-디올디아세테이트를 4-페닐-1,2,4-트리아졸린-3,5-디온과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅳ)의 디일스-알더 부가 생성물을 형성하고, 당해 디일스-알더 부가 생성물(Ⅳ)를 오존으로 산화시키며 이어서 환원 후 처리하면 일반식(Ⅴ)의 알데하이드 화합물을 생성시키고, 수득한 알데하이드 화합물(Ⅴ)를 일반식(A)의 설폰 화합물과 반응시키며 이어서 환원제거하여 일반식(Ⅶ)의 (22E)-올레핀 화합물을 수득하고, 수득한 (22E)-올레핀 화합물(Ⅶ)의 25-하이드록시 그룹을 보호하는 테트라하이드로피라닐 그룹을 제거하여 일반식(Ⅷ)의 트리올 화합물을 생성시키고, 수득한 트리올 화합물(Ⅷ)을 환원시켜 5,7-디엔중의 보호그룹을 제거함을 포함하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 (22E)-5,7,22-에르고스타트리엔-1α, 3β, 25-트리올 또는 이의 24-에피머를 제조하는 방법.
