탈색 전위 황산 암모늄의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 탈색 전위(傳位)황산 암모늄의 제조방법을 실시하기 위한 공정의 개략을 보이는 도면이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 벡크만 전위 반응에 의해 락탐을 제조하는 공정에 있어서, 생성되는 전위 황산 암모늄액을 불산 암모늄 결정관에 공급하고, 황산 암모늄을 결정관내에서 30-150℃의 온도로 감압하여 수증기를 증발 제거함으로서, 전위 황산 암모늄액을 농축하여 결정 황산 암모늄을 석출시키고, 황산 암모늄 결정관의 하부로 부터 결정 황산 암모늄 슬러리 관액을 뽑아낸후, 원심분리에 의해 슬러리 관액으로부터 결정 황산 암모늄을 회수하고, 상기 황산 암모늄 결 정관의 상부로부터 결정 황산 암모늄이 감소된 관액(비슬러리 관액)의 일부를 뽑아내고, 그 비슬러리 관액을 20㎏/㎠이상으로 가압하여 산화 분해탑으로 보내고, 상기 산화분해탑에서 상기 비슬러리 관액중의 200-300℃의 고온 및 10-100㎏/㎠의 고압하에 산소분자 함유가스와 접촉시켜서, 비슬러리 관액중의 유기물등을 산화분해하고, 산화분해탄의 상부로부터 고온의 기체성분을 배출하고, 유기물이 감소된 비슬러리 관액을 산화분해탑에서 뽑아내어, 감압 및 냉각한후, 회수 황산 암모늄액을 상기 황산 암모늄 결정관으로 다시 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈색 전위 항산 암모늄의 제조방법.
