페놀수지 조성물, 그를 포함한 주물용 성형 조성물 및 그를 사용한 주물사 금형 또는 코어의 제조방법

제1도는 결합체로 본 발명의 실시예3의 수지를 사용하여 제조된 탄소시험 겸료와 통상적인레졸(실시예중 수지A)를 사용한 비교 검료의 온도 중량 곡선을 나타낸다.

Claims (24)

  1. 알카리성 수용액내의 에스테르-경화성 페놀-알데히드 수지 및 수지를 위한 경화제인 유기산 에스테르로 구성되며, 이때, 에스테르-경화성 페놀-알데히드 수지가 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지임을 특징으로 하는 페놀수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀 노블락 수지가 미반응 페놀이 제거된 페놀 노볼락수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜 얻어진 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 미반응 페놀을 제거시키기 위해, 페놀 노볼락 수지가 메틸올화되기 전에, 스팀증류 처리에 적용된 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 -제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지가 메틸올화 페놀-포름알데히드노볼락 수지인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀-포름알데히드 노볼락 수지가, 페놀 포름알데히드 몰 비율이 1:0.3-0.88인 산-촉진된 페놀-포름알데히드 노볼락 수지를 메틸올화시켜 제조된 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀-포름알데히드 노볼락 수지가, 페놀:포름알데히드의 몰비율이, 1:0.3-0.72인 고 오르토 노볼락 수지를 메틸올화 시켜 제조된 조성물.
  7. 알카리성 수용액내의 미반응 페놀이 제거된 페놀 노볼락수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜 얻어질 수 있는 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지를 유기산 에스테르와 반응시켜, 경화하기 위한, 경화성 조성물에 있어서 에스테르-경화성 페놀 수지 성분으로의 사용.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알카리성 수용액내의 메틸올화 페놀-포름알데히드 노블락 수지의 사용.
  9. 입상 내화 재료 및 알카리성 수용액내의 미반응 페놀이 제거된 페놀노볼락 수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜 얻을 수 있는 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지의 혼합물로 구성되고 상기 메틸올화 페놀 노블락 수지를 유기산 에스테르로 구성된 경화제와 반응시킬 때 경화 가능한 주물용 성형 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 유기산 에스테르가 액체 에스테르인 주물용 성형 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 유기산 에스테르가 메틸 포르메이트 중기인 주물용 성형 조성물.
  12. 모래, 알카리성 수용액내의, 미반응 페놀이 제거된 페놀 노블락 수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜 얻어질수 있는, 메틸올화 페놀-포름 알데히드 노볼락 수지 및 수지를 위한 액체 에스테르 경화제를 함께 혼합시키고, 혼합물을 금형 또는 코어의 형태로 조형시키고, 혼합물을 경화되게 하는 것으로 구성주물사 금형 또는 코어의 제조방법.
  13. 모래 및 알카리성 수용액내의, 미반응페놀이 제거된 페놀 노볼락 수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜 얻어질수 있는 메틸올화 페놀-포름알데히드 노볼락 수지를 함께 혼합시키고, 혼합물을 금형 또는 코어의 형태로 조형시키고: 혼합물을 메틸 포르메이트 중기와 접촉시켜 수지를 경화 시키고 혼합물을 경화시키는 것으로 구성된, 주물사 금형 또는 코어의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 경합체가 알카리성 수용액내의 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지 및 수지의 중량을 기준으로 1-20중량%의 아릴옥시 알콜로 구성된 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 아릴옥시 알콜이 수지의 중량을 기준으로 2-10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 아릴옥시 알콜이, 2-페녹시에탄올인 방법.
  17. 휘발성 유기산 에스테르로 가스보급시켜 경화되기에 적합한, 알카리성 수용액내의 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지 및 메틸올화 노볼락수지의 중량을 기준으로 1-20중량%인 아릴옥시 알콜로 구성된 페놀 수지 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀 수지가, 미반응 페놀이 제거된 페놀 노볼락 수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜 얻어진 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 미반응 페놀을 제거시키기 위해 페놀 노볼락 수지 메틸올화 되기 전에, 스팀 증류 처리에 적용된 조성물.
  20. 제17항 내지 제19항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지가 메틸올화 페놀-포름 알데히드 노볼락 수지인 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 메틸올화 페놀-포름알데히드 노볼락수지가 페놀:포름알데히드의 몰비율 1:0.3-0.88인 산촉진된 페놀-포름알데히드 노볼락 수지를 메틸올 화시켜 제도된 조성물.
  22. 제17항에 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아릴 옥시 알콜이 2-페녹시 에탄올인 조성물.
  23. 메틸포르메이트 증기로 구성된 경화제와 반응할 때 경화가능한 경화성 결합제 및 입상 내화 재료의 혼합물로 구성되며, 이때, 상기 경화성 결합체가 알카리성 수용액내의 미반응 페놀이 제거된 페놀 노볼락 수지를 메틸올화 반응에 적용시켜, 얻어진 메틸올화 페놀 노볼락 수지 및 수지의 중량을 기준으로 1-20%의 아릴옥시알콜로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 주물용 성형 조성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 알릴옥시 알콜이 2-페녹시에탄올인 조성물.
