Claims (7)
- 박판으로 된 포장재(8)의 이동하는 복판에 따라 연속용접을 유도열수단으로 연속 진행하는 배열장치가 한편에 적절한 알미늄박(foil)을 구성하고, 다른 한편으로 가열소성의 재료의 도포면을 구성하며 그 장치가 적어도 하나의 금속유도회로판을 갖는 유인 유도회로판을 구성하고 일체가 되어 있는 홈 또는 째진 구멍(2)에 있어서 유도회로판(1)의 길이의 더 큰 부분에 따라 뻗어 있어 그 판의 넓이에 대하여 비대칭적으로 놓여 있으며 유도회로판(1)이 제2의 구멍(12)과 일체가 되어 판(2)의 외부가장자리의 하나에 첫 번째 말한 구멍(2)으로 부터 뻗어 있게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성을 한 배열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동일형태와 설계인 2개의 유도회로판을 구성하는 유도회로판이 서로서로 동일한 거리로 배설되어 있어 서로가 전기적인 연결이 되어 있어서, 2개의 직렬로 연결로 된 코일을 구성하는 특징을 한 배열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 구멍(2)이 위치하고 있어서 유되회로판의 넓이가 넓은(3) 부분과 좁은(4) 부분으로 분할되어 있고, 그 넓은 부분(3)은 적어도 좁은 부분(4)보다 3배 더 넓게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 2개의 유도회로판(1) 사이의 거리는 유도회로판(1)의 좁은 부분(4)의 넓이의 반(1/2) 또는 반(1/2)이하로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 포장재료복판(8)이 2개의 유도회로판(1) 사이에 움직이게 적응되어 있고, 그 재료복판(8)의 일부가 유도회로판(1)의 좁은 부분(4)에 따라 또는 그와 평행 이동부에 용접되게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 있어서 하나 또는 그 이상의 압착로울러(6)가 유도회로판내에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압착로울러(6)들이 실질적으로 전기적 절연재료로 생산되었고, 동심으로 끼워져 있는 철재링(7)들과 전기적 절연재료가 그 철재링(7)을 동심으로 둘러싼 것을 특징으로 하는 배열장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
