Claims (24)

  1. (a) 수용액의 고체함량은 약 40-75중량%이며, 페놀성 레졸의 알데히드 : 페놀 몰비율은 약 1.2 :1-약 2.6 : 1이고 알카리 : 페놀 몰비율을 약 0.2 : 1- 약 1.2 : 1인, 페놀성 레졸 수지 알카리 수용액, 및 (b) 알카리 수용액에 용해될 수 있고 일반식 Ar-O-CHR¹-CHR²-OH(여기서 Ar은 페닐 또는 하나 이상의 할로겐, 히드록시, 알콕시 또는 알킬기로 치환된 페닐이고 R¹ 및 R²는 같거나 서로 다를 수 있으며 수소, 알킬 또는 알콕시임)을 갖는, 페놀성 레졸수지의 적어도 약 1중량%로 있는 첨가제로 구성된 결합제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 페놀성 레졸 수지의 약 2-약 6중량%의 양으로 존재하는 결합체 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 페녹시에탄올인 결합제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알데히드 : 페놀 몰비율이 약 1.5 : 1-약 2.2 : 1인 결합제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리 수용액을 제조하는데 사용된 알카리가 수산화 칼륨, 수산화나트륨 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 결합제 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 알카리 대 페놀의 몰비율이 약 0.4 : 1-약 0.9 : 1인 결합제 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실란을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 결합제 조성물.
  8. (a) 입상의 내화 재료, (b) 수용액의 고체 함량은 약 40-약 75중량%이며, 페놀성 레졸의 알데히드 : 페놀 몰비율은 약 1.2 : 1-약 2.6 : 1이고 알카리 : 페놀 몰비율은 약 0.2 : 1-약 1.2 : 1인, 내화성 재료의 약 0.5-약 8중량%인 페놀성 레졸 수지의 알카리 수용액, 및 (c) 알카리 수용액에 용해될 수 있고 일반식 : Ar-O-CHR¹-CHR²-OH(여기서, Ar은 페닐 또는 하나이상의 할로겐, 히드록시, 알콕시 또는 알킬기로 치환된 페닐이고 R¹ 및 R²는 같거나 서로 다를 수 있으며 수소, 알킬 또는 알콕시임)을 갖는, 페놀성 레졸 수지의 적어도 약 1중량%의 양으로 있는 첨가제로 구성된 주형 성형 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 입상의 내화 재료가 실리카사, 크로마이트사, 지르콘사, 올리빈사 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 주형 성형 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 페놀성 레졸 수지의 알카리 수용액이 모래의 약 1-약 3중량%의 양으로 존재하는 주형 성형 조성물.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 첨가제가 페놀성 레졸 수지의 약 2-약 6중량%의 양으로 존재하는 주형 성형 조성물.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 첨가제가 페녹시에탄올인 주형 성형 조성물.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 알카리 수용액을 제조하는데 사용된 알카리가 수산화 칼륨, 수산화 나트륨 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 주형 성형 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 알카리 대 페놀의 몰비율이 약 0.4 : 1-약 0.9 : 1인 주형 성형 조성물.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 실란을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 주형 성형 조성물.
  16. (a) 입상의 내화 재료를 내화 재료의 약 0.5-약 8중량%인 제1항의 결합제와 혼합시키고, (b) 내화재료와 결합제의 혼합물을 구멍을 낸 코어 또는 금형 박스내에 넣고, (c) 코어 또는 금형 박스내의 혼합물에 휘발성 에스테르로 가스를 공급하는 것으로 구성된, 주물용 코어 및 금형의 제조 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 입상의 내화 재료가 실리카사, 크로마이트사, 지르콘사, 올리빈사 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 페놀성 레졸 수지의 알카리 수용액이 모래의 약 1-약 3중량%로 존재하는 방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 첨가제가 페놀성 레놀 수지의 약 2-약6중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 첨가제가 페녹시에탄올인 방법.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 알카리 수용액을 제조하는데 사용된 알카리가 수산화 칼륨, 수산화 나트륨 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 방법.
  22. 제16항에 있어서, 알카리 대 페놀의 비율이 약0.4 : 1-dir 0.9 : 1인 방법.
  23. 제16항에 있어서, 내화 재료 및 결합제의 혼합물이 실탄을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
