제6B도는 동실시예의 발광소자 어레이 광원의 부분 단면 사시도.
제7도는 동 실시예의 집광렌즈와 반사케이스를 일체적으로 형성하기 위한 2색 연속압출 성형의 고정을 모식적으로 표시하는 도면.

Claims (13)

  1. 복수개의 발광소지가 열상으로 배열된 기판과, 상기 발광소자의 열에 평행으로 배치된 봉사의 집광렌즈와 이 집광렌즈를 유지하는 반사레이스를 비치한 발광소자어레이 광원에 있어서 상기 집광렌즈와 상기 반사케이스는 상기 집광렌즈에 평행인 공간을 형성하고 상호 접합고정되고 상기 기판은, 상기 공간내에 삽입한 상태로 고정된 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 집광렌즈와 상기 반사케이스는 2색 연속 압출성형에 의해 1체적으로 형성된 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 집광렌즈는 상기 발광소자에 대향하는 면이 평탄면이고, 외측이 볼록상의 곡면인 봉상의 볼록렌즈로 형성된 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기 집광렌즈는 상기 발광소자에 대향하는 및 외부의 면이 함께 볼록상의 곡면인 봉상의 볼록렌즈로 형성된 발광소지어레이 광원.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기 발광소자는 LED 칩을 광투과성수지로 몰드한 초소형 LED 램프로 형성된 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 상기 발광소자는 LED 칩을 몰드하는 광투과성 수지층의 외표면에 볼록상의 곡면을 하는 렌즈부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 상기 기판은, 그의 좌우양측부가 상기 반사케이스에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  8. 봉상의 집광렌즈와 반사케이스를 터널상의 공간을 형성하고 2색 연속압출에 의해 서로 평행으로 1체적으로 성형하는 공정과, 복수개의 발광소자가 열상으로 배열된 기판을 전기공간내에 삽입하고, 상기 반사케이스에 고정하는 공정으로 형성되는 발광소자 어레이광원의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서 상기 반사케이스의 상기 공간측에는 2색 연속압출때에 상기 봉상의 집광렌즈의 긴쪽 방향에 평행으로 홈을 형성하고, 이 홈에 상기 기판의 측단부를 끼워 맞춤을 한 상태로 상기 기판을 상기 공간내에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 어레이 광원의 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서 상기 2색 연속압출은 상기 집광렌즈의 재료로서 투명의 수지를 상기 반사케이스의 재료로서 반사성의 불투명수지를 사용하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 어레이 광원의 제조방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서 상기 2색 연속압출은 상기 집광렌즈의 재료로서 투명 아크릴수지를 상기 반사케이스의 재료로서 백색 노릴수지를 사용하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이 광원의 제조방법.
  12. 복수개의 발광소자가 열상으로 배열된 기판판과 상기 발광소자의 열에 평행으로 배치된 봉상의 집광렌즈와 이 집광렌즈를 유지하는 반사케이스를 비치한 발광소자 어레이 광원에 있어서, 상기 발광소자는 LED 칩을 광투과성수지로 몰드한 LED 램프로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 어레이 광원.
  13. 제12항에 있어서 상기 발광소자는 LED 칩을 몰드하는 광투과성 수지층의 외표면에 볼록상의 곡면인 렌즈부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 어레이 광원.
