제 1 도는 본 발명의 방법에 사용되는 용해환원로의 수직 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 후연소비와 슬로핑반생빈도와의 관계를 표시하는 그래프도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따라 탄소량[C]과 슬랙의 특정 중량과의 관계가 슬로핑의 존부에 따라 도시된 그래프도.

Claims (6)

  1. 그안에 용융철(11)을 유지하는 전로형 용해환원로(10)에 Ni 광석과, 타소함유물과 용제를 장입하는 것으로 구성되는 Ni 광석의 용해환원방법에 있어서, 상부송풍의 산소렌즈(21)에서 산소와 상기 용해 환원로의 저부에 설치된 저부송풍 풍구(24)에서 교반가스를 상기 용해환원로에 송입하여 상기 용해환원로의 내부의 후연소비{(H₂O+CO₂)/(H₂+H₂O+CO+CO₂)}를 0.3이상으로 조절하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 Ni 광석의 용해환원 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융금속중의 탄소량[C](%)과 용융금속톤당 생성되는 슬랙의 양과의 사이의 관계를 식 : [C]S(T/HNT)/3을 만족하도록 조절하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상부송풍 산소렌즈에서 상기산소를 송입하는 것은 상기 상부 송풍 산소렌즈의 단부에 형성된 탄소제거노즐(22)과 후연소노즐(23)에서 산소를 송입하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탄소제거노즐과 후연소노즐에서 송입되는 상기 산소는 양에 있어서 상대적으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 용액환원로에 Ni 광석을 장입하는 것은 상부송풍산소 렌즈에서 산소를 송입하여 용액환원로에 유지된 용융철의 온도가 1500℃이상으로 상승된후에 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 후연소비율은 상부송풍산소렌즈의 높이에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
