Claims (9)
- 히드록카르빌 팔라듐 할로겐화물과 일반식 R1R2P-R-PR3R4(여기서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 동일하거나 다른 임의로 극성-치환된 히드로카르빌기이고, R은 브릿지내에 적어도 2개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 이가 유기브릿징 기이다)의 포스포러스 이좌배위자(二座配位子) 의 복합체를 기재로 함을 특징으로 하는 팔라듐 화합물과 포스포러스 이좌 배위자의 복합체를 기재로 한 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스포러스 이좌배위자내 R1,R2,R3및 R4기가 비치환 페닐기이거나, 적어도 하나가 페닐기가 결합된 포스포러스 원자에 대해 오르토 위치에 있는 하나 이상의 알콕시기를 함유하는 페닐기 임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 히드록카르빌 팔라듐 할로겐화물이 메틸 팔라듐 염화물임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 세 개는 동일하거나 다른 히드로카르빌기이고, 네 번째 기는 역시 히드로카르빌기이거나 수소 또는 할로겐 원자인 네 개의 주석 결합기를 함유하는 주석 화합물과 팔라듐이 할로겐 화물과 상응하는 이좌 배위자의 복합체를 반응시켜 히드로카르빌 팔라듐 할로겐화물 및 원자배열 M-R5-M(여기서, R5는 브릿징기를 나타내고, 부분 M은 인, 황, 질소, 비소, 안티몬 및 C=C중에서 선택된다)을 포함하는 이좌배위자의 복합체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 복합 팔라듐 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복합화물내 이좌배위자가 일반식 R1R2P-R-PR3R4(여기서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 동일하거나 다른 임의로 극성 치환된 히드로카르빌기이고, R은 브릿지내 적어도 두 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 이가 유지 브릿징기이다)의 포스포러스 이좌 배위자임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 주석 화합물과 반응하는 팔라듐 이 할로겐화물/ 이좌배위자 복합체내 이좌 배위자가 일반식 R1R2P-R-PR3R4(여기서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 동일하거나 다른 임의로 극성-치환된 히드로카르빌기이고, R은 브릿지내에 어도 두 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 이가 유기 브릿징 기이다)을 만족하지 않는 이좌배위자이고, 얻어진 히드로카르빌 팔라듐 할로겐화물/이좌 배위자 복합체가 일반식 R1R2P-R-PR3R4의 포스포러스 이좌배위자와 반응함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 일산화탄소와 하나 이상의 올레핀형 불포화 화합물의 혼합물이 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 촉매 조성물과 접촉되고/ 되거나 제5항 또는 제6항에서 청구된 방법에 따라 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 메탄을 같이 중합체가 용해되지 않거나 실질적으로 용해되지 않는 희석제 내에서 단량체를 촉매 조성물 용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 온도 75℃이하, 압력 2-150바아 및 중합되어질 혼합물내 올레핀형 불포화 화합물대 일산화 탄소의 몰비 10 : 1-1 : 10에서 수행되고, 중합되어질 올레핀형 불포화 화합물 몰당 팔라듐 10-7-10-3몰을 함유하는 정도로 촉매 조성물이 양이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
