Claims (10)
- VIII족 금속 및, >500μ의 평균 입자 직경을 가지고, 반응성 기를 포함하는 고체 담체를 적어도 두개의 인-함유, 질소-함유 및/또는 황-함유 텐데이트기를 포함하여 이를 통해 VIII족 금속과 착물을 형성할 수 있고, 또한 덴테이트기가 반응성기를 포함하는 덴테이트 리간드와, 담체의 반응성기와 리간드의 반응성기의 반응에 의해 접촉시켜 얻을 수 있는 지지된 덴테이트 리간드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체상의 덴테이트 리간드의 제조에서, 일반식(R1)2P-R-P(R1)2상기식에서 R1은 임의적으로 극석 치환된 히드로카르빌기를 나타내고 R은, 고체 담체내의 반응성기와 반응할 수 있는 반응성기가 존재하는, 브릿지에 적어도 두 탄소 원자를 함유하는 이가의 유기 브릿징기를 나타냄)의 인 비덴테이트 리간드를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인 베덴테이트 리간드의 일반식에서, R1은 연결된 인 원자에 대해 오르토 위치에서 치환체로서 알콕시기를 갖는 아릴기를 나타내며, 브릿징기 R은 브릿지내에, 두번째 원자가 고체 담체내의 반응성기와 반응할 수 있는 반응성기가 존재하는 치환체를 운반하는 세 원자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인 비덴테이트 리간드가 반응성기로서 트리알콕시실릴기를 함유하고, (ω-이소시아나토알킬)트리알콕시실란의 2-히드록시-1,3-비스[비스(2-알콕시페닐)포스피노]프로판과의 또는 7-비스(2-알콕시페닐)포스피노메틸-8-비스(2-알콕시페닐)-포스피노-옥탄올-1과의 반응에 의해 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인 비덴테이트 리간드가 반응성기로서 트리에톡시실릴기를 함유하고, (3-이소시아나토프로필)트리에톡시실란의 2-히드록시-1,3-비스[비스(2-메톡시페닐)포스피토]프로판과의 또는 7-비스(2-메톡시페닐)포르시노메틸-8-비스(2-메톡시페닐)-포스피노-옥탄올-1과의 반응에 의해 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 제4 또는 5항에서 특허 청구된 바와 같은 인 비덴테이트 니간드와 실리카 또는 실리카-알루미나 담체의 반응 생성물을, 지지된 비덴테이트 리간드로서 함유하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1 내지 6항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 담체상의 덴테이트리간드의 제조에서,>750μ의 평균 입자 직경을 가진 담체 물질을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1 내지 7항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 치상기내의 인, 질소 및/또는 황 원자가 VIII족 금속 원자 그램당 1-10g 존재하는 그런 양의 지지된 비덴테이트 리간드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 일산화 탄소를 하나 이상의 올레핀형 불포화 화합물과의 혼합물을 높은 온도 및 압력에서 제1 내지 8항중 하나 이상의 항에 따른 촉매 조성물과 접촉시킴과, 촉매 입자을 상대적으로 작은 중합체 입자 및 상대적으로 큰촉매 입자를 함유하는 결과 얻어진 반응 생성물로부터 분리함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 25 내지 150℃의 온도, 2 내지 150 바아의 압력에서, 중합체가 불용성이거나 실질적으로 불용성인 희석액내에서 촉매 조성물의 현탁액과 단량체를 접촉시키며, 사용되는 촉매 조성물의 양이 중합될 올레핀형 불포화 화합물의 몰당 VIII족 금속 원자 10-7내지 10-3그램을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
