Claims (14)

  1. 전도성기판과, 그위에 배치되는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) :
    으로 표시되는 트리아릴아민 화합물로 이루어진 감광층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광성부재. 다만, 상기 식에서 Ar1및 Ar2는 각각 치환기를 가질수 있는 벤젠고리를 표시하고; Ar1및 Ar2의 적어도 하나는 전자공여치환기를 가지며; R1및 R2는 수소원자, 알킬 또는 알콕실기를 표시한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 트리아릴아민 화합물의 산화전위가 0.90V 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 트리아릴아민 화합물의 산화전위가 0.60V이상, 0.88V이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)중 Ar1및 Ar2의 어느 하나가 알킬, 알콕실 또는 치환아미노기를 구성된 군에서 선택된 전자공여치환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 트리아릴아민 화합물이 다음의 화합물(Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)
    으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 감광층이 전하발생층 및 전하이동층으로 구성된 적층구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전도성기판과, 이 기판위에 전하발생층 및 전하이동층의 순서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 전도성기판과 이 기판위에 전하이동층 및 전하발생층의 순서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 전하이동층이 식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물 ; 절연중합체 또는 유기성 광도전중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  10. 제6항에 있어서 전하이동층이 식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물 ; 절연중합체 또는 유기성 광도전중합체 ; 그리고 가소제, 표면윤활제, 전위안정제 및 항산화제로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종이상의재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 전하발생층이 유기성 전하-발생물질 및 절연수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 유기성 전하-발생물질이 아조안료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  13. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 전도성기판 및 감광층사이에 배치된 제1층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
  14. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 감광층위에 배치된 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
