Claims (3)

  1. 하기식(Ⅲ)의 디카르복실산의 광학 활성 모노-에스테르
    [상기 식중에서 R1은 임의 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 알케닐, 임의 치환된 아릴, 또는 임의 치환된 아르알킬이며, -X-는 -0-, -S-, -0-0-, -(CH2)m-,(상기 식중에서 m은 0 내지 4의 정수이고, R2는 수소, 메틸, 또는 에틸이고, 및 R3는 수소, 메틸, 벤질옥시 카르보닐, 또는 포르밀임)이고, -Y-는 -(CH2)m-,
    (상기 식중에서 n은 0 내지 3의 정수이고, R2는 상기의 정의와 동일하며, R4는 수소, 메틸, 또는 에틸임)이며, Z는 수소, 저급 알킬, 또는 페닐이고, 단 m 및 n은 동시에 0이 아니다.]
  2. 하기식(Ⅰ)의 산무수물을 하기식(A)의 (R)- 또는 (S) -아릴아세트산 유도체와 반응시켜 하기식(Ⅱ)의 아릴아세트산 유도체의 에스테르를 산출하고, 이어서 상기 에스테르(Ⅱ)를 계속하여 에스테르화시켜 R1을 도입한 다음 아릴아세트산 잔기를 제거하거나, 또는 상기 에스테르(Ⅱ)를 하기식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 계속하여 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기식(Ⅲ)의 디카르복실산의 광학적 활성 모노 에스테르의 비대칭 합성 방법.
