Claims (1)
- 일산화탄소를 포항하는 피검출 가tm중의 산소 농도를 검출하기 위한 산소 센서에 있어서, 산소 이온을 전도 가능한 고체 전해질로 형성되는 소자로서, 이 소자는, 일정한 산소 농도를 가진 참조 가스에 쏘이는 제1 면과, 피검출 가스에 쏘이는 제2 면과, 피검출 가스의 산소 농도와 참조 가스의 산소 농도와의 차에 기인하여, 제1면과 제2면과의 사이에 발생하는 기전력을 인출하기 위한 전극수단으로서, 이 전극수단은 제1면에 배치된 제1전극과, 제2면에 배치된 제2전극과 제2전극에 도달하는 피검출 가스중의 일산화 탄소에 대해, 수성가스 반응을 촉진하여 발생시키기 위한 촉매수단으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
