의치를 성형재료의 보충장치와 그것을 갖춘 플라스크(FLASK)

제1도는 본발명에 따른 플라스크의 제1실시예를 나타내는 단면도(제2도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 단면)이다,
제2도는 제1도의 플라스크 사시도이다,
제3도는 제2도 플라스크이 결합전 하부 사시도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 압력하에서 플라스크 내로 플라스틱 재료를 보충하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 플라스크내에 캐버티에 관통된 내측 단부를 구유하는 실린더와 상기 실린더에 경사지게 삽입된 피스톤과, 상기 플라스크의 내측으로 향하여 피스톤을 밀어내는 스프링과, 피스톤의 외측 왕복운동 끝을 한정하는 멈춤장치와, 상기 스프링의 탄성력을 조절하는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스크 내에 플라스틱 재료를 보충하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절장치가 스프링의 외측단에 대항하여 기대는 스프링수납장치와 실린더의 축 방향에 스프링 수납장치로 이동하기 위한 나사 메카니즘과, 나사 메카니즘을 작동하기 위한 핸들 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스크의 캐버티가 의치틀에 대응하는 형태를 가지는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스크의 캐버티가 가열 가소성 탄성체로 형성되고 의치틀의 몸체상에 동시에 혼합 되어지는 라이너에 대응하는 형태를 가지는 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 나사 메카니즘이 실린더의 외측 한 끝단에 고정된 너트 요소와 너트요소의 내부 나사산위치와 계합되는 외부 나사선 위치를 가지는 나사봉으로 구성되며 상기 핸들 부재가 나사봉의 외측단 끝단상에 고정되는 장치.
  6. 재료 보충장치를 가지는 플라스크에 있어서, 하나의 플라스크를 형성하는 상부 및 하부로 구성되며, 각 부분은 사각형 구조를 가지고, 각 부분중 하나에 각기 다르게 인접한 두 모서리에 배치된 제1항의 두재료 보충장치와, 각 부분들의 두 모서리를 둘러싸는 세측벽의 내부 표면과 상부상에 고정된 단열부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 단열부재가 각 부분들의 내부 표면을 덮는 박층 부분(laniner portions)과 박층 부분으로부터 안으로 향하게 돌출하는 핀(fin)부분으로 구성되는 플라스크.
