본 고안의 화장품 용기 유동방지 케이스에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 고안은 케이스의 캡 내부에 지지대를 형성시켜 케이스내의 화장품 용기가 고정상태를 유지하도록 한 화장품 용기 유동방지 케이스에 관한 것이다.
화장품 용기 케이스는 일반적으로 미소량을 사용하는 화장품, 예를 들어 향수병과 같은 케이스를 사용하여 보관하므로 미관을 좋게 하고 부주의로 인하여 떨어졌을 때 파손의 방지를 위하여 사용한다. 그러나 종래의 화장품 용기의 케이스는 캡내에 어떠한 장치로 형성되어 있지 아니하여 케이스내의 용기가 덜거덕거려 소리가 났거나, 지지대가 형성되어 있어도 케이스의 캡 내부에 고정되어 있는 딱딱한 것으로 이루어져 케이스내 용기의 보관이 매끄럽지 못하였다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 결점을 개선하기 위한 것으로 구체적으로 케이스의 캡을 닫았을 때 케이스내의 용기가 움직이지 않도록 고정시키는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 구성은 다음과 같다.
제1도, 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이. 화장품 용기의 케이스는 케이스 몸체(1)와 캡(2)으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 케이스 몸체(1)의 내부는 화장품 용기가 안착될 수 있는 요부(3), (凹)가 형성되어 있고, 케이스 몸체 가장자리에는 홈(4)가 걸림홈(5)으로 구성되어 있다. 상기 캡은 가장자리에 형성되어 있는 연장부(6)와 상기 걸림홈(5)에 결합되는 걸림턱(7)으로 구성되어 있고, 캡의 상단부분은 바깥부분(8)과 안쪽부분(9)사이에 공간이 있도록 이중으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 안쪽부분(9)에 지지대(10)가 형성되어 있다. 상기 연장부(6)는 케이스 몸체의 홈(4)과 결합되고, 상기 연장부에 형성되어 있는 걸림턱(7)은 상기 걸림홈(5)과 잠김작용을 한다. 상기 지지대(10)는 캡의 안쪽부분에서 캡의 가장자리쪽을 제외한 곳에 슬릿(11)이 형성되어 움직일 수 있도록 동일한 크기로 양 쪽에 마주보게 위치하여 있다. 상기 지지대(10)의 단부에는 케이스의 몸체내에 넣는 용기를 누를 수 있도록 돌기(12)가 형성되어 있다.
전술한 바와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 고안의 작용 효과는 다음과 같다.
캡을 닫았을 때 상기 지지대(10)의 돌기(12)가 용기를 지지하여주므로 케이스내의 화장품 용기가 움직이지 않도록 한다.
도면에 나타난 본 고안의 외형은 하나의 실시예이며 여러 가지 변형 및 변경이 가능함은 통상의 지식을 가진자에 의해 알 수 있다.

  1. 화장품 용기등을 보관하는 케이스에 있어서, 케이스내의 화장품 용기등이 움직이는 것을 방지하기 위하여 캡(2)의 내부에 슬릿(11)을 형성시키고, 단부에 돌기(12)를 갖는 지지대(10)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기의 케이스.
